We called Martin Family HVAC from a referral by our good neighbor. Our system went down on Friday late afternoon at the start of the 4th of this 4th of July weekend. I was hoping to set up a service call for the following week. Will answered his phone, asked me some system questions and quickly surmised what the problem was. He asked me if he could come by that evening to check it and encouraged me that he was familiar with this system could service it pretty quickly. I was amazed at his willingness to come over that night considering it was a holiday weekend. He showed up that evening on time, serviced the system quickly, and our air was running within 15 minutes of his arrival! It turned out we had a bad capacitor which He brought with him based on our original conversation and He replaced it! The pricing was also fair & reasonable. You couldn’t ask for better service. We highly recommend Martin Family HVAC! I love it when a technical service provider comes to my home, cares about it like his own, knows what He’s doing, and remedies the problem quickly at a fair price! As a disabled veteran, having air-conditioning in the hot summer is crucial to my health! Thank you Will!

Will was great. A/C unit stopped functioning in the morning and I tried a couple of options including scheduling an urgent repair through my HW insurance to no avail. I checked Google for other repair services and found Martin Family HVAC. I am glad that Will was able to come in the PM on such a short notice and replace the compressor capacitor and fuses. The A/C unit is working again. Happy (and cool) customer here!!!

Will of Martin Family HVAC was AMAZING. He really came through for us. We had a large company that advertised on the radio come out to do some maintenance on our system. They "found" issues and wanted to upsell us a new system. We said thank you but no thank you please just fix the issue. 3 weeks later we had a worse issue happen. Called them back out to fix. Told us they couldn't fix it and we needed to buy replacement parts but it would take 3 weeks to get them. We said OK. I was given Will's number and I should have called right away but I didn't. We waited the 3 weeks and hadn't heard from the other company. I called to get an update and was told the parts are on backorder now and we wouldn't see them till the end of September. I called Will told him the problem and what parts we needed and he was out here with the parts in 3 hours of my call to him and had it fixed within two hours of being here. I'm not sure if I've ever had such great service from any company. I highly recommend them. I'll be referring Will and Martin Family HVAC to everyone I know.

William arrived on time and very professional and knowledgeable. He saw as soon as he stepped in the house that freon was not sufficient in the unit. He explained his plan ahead of time to fill it with freon and it should hold out till winter then he can do a complete leak test then if needed. The unit had not been running sufficiently for years. I had called 2 companies in the past and they connect their equipment and tell me nothing is wrong then take the service visit fee and leave. Thank you Will house Cools right away now. The last two days have been a nightmare, our AC unit went out first it was the fuses then the fan motor, Will did not hesitate he immediately helped, I cannot thank him enough. Very kind, professional right to the problem. I highly recommend if you are in need of an HVAC company to fix any of your HVAC issues give him a call. He is the best hands down.

Highly recommend this company my AC broke down I looked up AC repair near me . I called and he came to the rescue he was at my home in less than 30 minutes. He fixed the problem for a very affordable price! Will Martin very nice and friendly and most of all very professional . I had to update my review once again I needed AC services and it was a whole different problem I had with my air conditioner! Being that this is Monday Labor day!!! I decided to give him a call even though the website said closed because of the holiday! He called me back and explained to me that he was not working because of the holiday he decided to come to the rescue he thought it would be a quick fix, but he worked hard and fixed the problem which unfortunately was not such easy fix, but once again he fixed it ! My family and myself are so appreciative because today was 108 degrees here! Once again thank you very much for your great service.

We finally have working air! In this house we have 4 dogs, a cat, a love bird, cockatiel, and an African Grey our poor animals have been suffering in the heat. Will was very communicative, very knowledgeable and very affordable. Not only was it all that and more, he was also an honest man to work with. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs their system looked at.
