What a great company & awesome job they did for us! We needed to completely overhaul & replace our entire HVAC system (it was original to our house, early 1980s), including vents, duct work & the unit itself. Will came out to discuss what we had in mind with my husband. After just a couple phone calls to discuss some upgrades we wanted to our venting system, including adding additional vents where there weren’t any before, upsizing the duct work & moving the heater to our attic space to free up closet space where the old heater was it was installation day. The day of install Will showed up with a team of guys to get the job done in one day. One day! Everyone on the team was friendly & polite. We really can’t recommend Martin Family HVAC enough for their expertise & value!

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air two days ago and we saw that the Martin Family just moved into our community of Nuevo. I reached out to Will in need of a quick fix because Nuevo gets very hot as we get closer to the summer months. I called Will this morning around 9am and he was at our home as he promised at 3:30pm (same day). He quickly diagnose our AC issue and within 10 - 15 mins we had cold air flowing again.

Will and his team are easily the best hvac contractor I’ve ever worked with. They were very thorough, detailed and extremely communicative to my family. Martin Family HVAC installed a new furnace and ac unit on our home and we could not be happier with how the results turned out. Will Martin was very responsive to our need when the AC unit failed. He researched and found the defective control board to be under factory warranty, then charged only a very reasonable labor charge to change it out.

Above and beyond the call of duty: Will was able to work around some 'unique' concrete work where the new AC was located. Professional, punctual, courteous, top notch customer service. And communication was A++++++. The new AC unit is working like a dream and my DW is very pleased. Thanks again Martin Family HVAC!

Had them fix a wiring issue that another company did incorrectly. He was very informative and nice. Finished the job the same day that he came out. I would defiantly recommend using them and will be using them in the future!

Will and his team at Martin Family HVAC just completed a Complete AC replacement at our home ! They were professional, kind, efficient and went over and above what we were expecting ! They fixed a lot of duct work that was previously placed incorrectly and really helped us understand the whole process. Very reasonably priced and knowledgeable ! I would highly recommend this company !

I called the Martin Family HVAC to go and check out an issue on my parents HVAC system, Will came out immediately and trouble shot the unit, made a repair so it would work for a few more days until the new Unit came in, which worked out great. It was cold out and they saved the day. The new unit install was great, the old one was poorly installed, so thanks to Will & Cindy, I am worry free about my Parents HVAC this Summer.

My parents HVAC system was completely outdated, after being referred to Cindy. A tech was dispatched to their house and gave us a free estimate and layout was performed to show us how to improve the duct work giving them better performance. Duct work was upgraded and a new A/C unit and furnace was installed. My parents house used to cool in hours but now it’s only a matter of minutes. They gave us a great deal compared to a lot of lucrative quotes we received. We are extremely happy they were referred to us. Would highly recommend!!!

Martin Family HVAC is excellent. It has been getting quite cold overnight and one night it got really chilly since our heating system didn't kick on like it normally would. I was referred to Martin Family HVAC by a friend. I am all for supporting small business so I gave them a call. They were able to come out quickly and take a look and even get it fixed so that my family and I wouldn't freeze that night. I will definitely be calling them again for any of my future HVAC needs.
