Top Choice Heating & AC Repair North Hollywood

My AC stopped cooling the air right in the middle of the heatwave so I was desperate to fix it. Obviously they took advantage of it. I was charge $100 for the appointment and then on the top of it their representative sold me a $15 part (capacitor that broke) for $400. Not sure if it is reasonable or not considering the circumstances.
