Jerry, the owner was great to deal with and gave more than he promised. We received a great brand at a competitive price, American Standard which is a highly rated brand. Erick and Jose who installed our new AC & Heat were great guys and answered all of my questions during installation. I would highly recommend this company.

Jerry and his entire team were great to work with. They arrived on time, answered phone calls and did what they said they would do, which is rare these days. We had a new A/C unit and furnace installed today and all went well. Jake did a great job managing the install and explaining the process and how the equipment works. I highly recommend Liberty!

I called on a Sunday in a panic because I had a water leak. This company was fantastic!!!!! The owner Steve sent his plumber Jake out to check out a leak in my bathroom ceiling. Jake fixed the leak and then was able to fix my air/heat unit upstairs and install a new thermostat downstairs. Jake kept me in form and showed me what the pipe looked like it was damaged up in the attic. He explained what was wrong broken with the air/heating unit in the attic and repaired it quickly. Jake Is a very nice, pleasant young man who was knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased that the problems I had ever efficiently repaired. This is the second time this spring Liberty plumbing has come to my rescue. The owners Kristen and Steve run a very reputable company and are very nice people. I was extremely surprised at the final bill. It was extremely reasonable. Steve hires great plumbers to work for/with him. Thank you Kristen, Steve, and Jake for your help

A two-person team installed a new heater air conditioning system. The service was efficient and effective. I especially want to compliment the supervisor (Jose) who was outstanding. The price of the job was lower than the other bids received, and the unit installed was also rated higher. I'm going to use them for a second property owned.

My girlfriend recommended this company when my condenser unit went out in my recently purchased home. The technician, Jake, was on time, competent, professional, straightforward, and friendly.

Jake troubleshooted the problem right away and had all components on hand to resolve it. He was upfront and honest about everything and didn't try to upsell me on anything that wasn't needed. He also noticed I was prior military and offered me a discount, which I wasn't expecting.

If all the employees of this company are of as high caliber and professionalism as Jake, I will be reaching out again when it comes time to replace/upgrade my AC unit.

Water leaks are THE WORST. When we saw a small creek in our garage we were devastated. We called 3 companies for bids. One gave us a firm bid with no wiggle room for what the problem actually was. One gave us a bid to fix the entire house which wasn’t needed. Liberty gave us a line time bid. If it’s this it will be x cost, it may be this and it will be y cost. I knew they actually wanted to fix the problem, not just make a buck. They are a family run place and got back to us immediately, followed up, and always showed up on time. In the end the lower bid was accurate, THANK GOD we didn’t go with the other 2 places, we would have wasted THOUSANDS. During the repair they were friendly, clean, communicative, and told us about the plan every step of the way. The work was done quickly and professionally and we feel
very good about the repair. I hope I never have to call a plumber again, but if I do I won’t waste my time getting bids, I’ll only use Liberty!
