Jose fixed my ac drain line that was plugged, and installed preventative measures so I don't have the same problem again with water damage. Thank you Liberty!

We feel so blessed to have found Liberty in our time of need! Our condensation line got plugged and started flooding our house. It was a total disaster! Luckily, Gerry, the owner, showed up on a Saturday to assess the situation and had one of his technicians, Jake, show up first thing on Monday (Memorial Day!) to repair it. We had another company (Family) assess the situation and they suggested a whole new system for $7800. We are so glad that we got a second opinion from an honest and professional company! Thank you!

We scheduled our appointment on Monday, the day of the appointment nobody showed up so I called to see what was going on. They informed me there must have been a malfunction in the system and the appointment never saved. No big deal. They worked hard to get someone out here within the next couple hours. The tech was super friendly, worked fast, double checked everything, and was not annoyed by my toddlers running around the entire time. I would definitely use this company again!

We just bought a home with lots of odd and end plumbing work that needed to be done ASAP. On a Monday, Jerry the owner came by to check out the issues and did not oversell or make us feel pressured in any way!! We were informed, educated and he kept it 100% real & honest....just 2 days later we had Jon come out take care of business!!. He took his time, did great work and was super personable. All of our issues were fixed quickly and cleanly. There is no doubt we will be using Liberty again down the line. Overall, we had a great experience with Liberty and would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Great crew. Even when they super busy, find time in their schedule to finish the job, so our remodel can continue. Stephen, is great, and Jerry the owner with more than 40 years of experience is amazing. Has lots of connections and knows who the good contractors vs. the bad ones are around here. Which is good for someone like us, who recently moved to the area.

I called Liberty to fix a A/C condensate leak and had them do the periodic maintenance on my furnace and A/C. They were very responsive and professional. The technician explained everything to me and the costs were reasonable.

Not only fixed my pipe issue and replaced my faucet but showed me how things worked and answered questions to other plumbing stuff for the future. Will be hiring again, no doubt, for my next project.

We have a service plan with Liberty Plumbing for two of our properties. Service technician Jake has been to our property multiple times and has really become friends of the family. Now when I have any plumbing or HVAC needs, I just text Jake directly. He answers questions and puts me in touch with the office if need be for work. Our latest has been a tankless water heater installation. Jake and his assistant, Eric came to do the installation. It was kind of a big job and they worked all day long to complete it with beautiful workmanship. There were a few challenges with the water lines and how they were to be run. Extremely happy with this installation, with Jake and Liberty Plumbing.
