Ernest came out the day I called him for a quote and went above and beyond. I asked him to come out and give me a quote for a new condenser and coil. He was nothing like other hvac contractors I've experienced. Before just throwing money at the problem like he could have very well got me to do, he went over my entire system and found problems that others over looked just days prior. He found I had a plugged up coil from lack of maintenance from the previous home owner and within a few hours had me back up and running. He was polite, honest and very upfront with my Hvac system. Their technician arrived sooner than we had anticipated. A reprieve from five days of sweltering and unbearable heat. Once he was here it only took him a few minutes to identify the problem as a burnt out capacitor. It only took him a few minutes to replace the item and get the central air back up and working. We are so relieved. The technician was prompt courteous kind thoughtful knowledgeable and patient when explaining things. We couldn’t be happier. After our A.C. unit caught fire and had to have i t inspected for insurance reasons Ernest was the technician they sent us and because of his knowledge and professionalism we requested him to come back and install our new A.C. unit. Our small mini California basement got flooded and ruined our furnace. By chance, our homeowners insurance company sent out Earnest with EMT-HVAC to evaluate the damage. He was friendly, polite and thorough in his assessment of the damage. Realizing that I needed a new heater furnace and AC unit I started calling around to get quotes. Every HVAC business I contacted all sent out salesmen. After feeling like I was dealing with nothing but used car salesmen with inflated prices I contacted Earnest to get his quote. Outside of getting an OUTSTANDING PRICE for the work, with NO PRESSURE he explained everything to me and what needed to be done and how he would do it and in what timeframe. It's rare that you come across somebody with his expertise that has this level of integrity and honesty. I live in the Pasadena area of LA County and he is in Orange County. But that was not an issue for him. He showed up on time and swapped out the units and got everything done as promised in a clean and professional manner. I was so impressed with Earnest that I started thinking of who I know that might need his services. I feel I was treated so honestly and fairly the least I could do is refer him to family and friends who might need his help down the line. So next time you need HVAC services call other people first to get their quotes and make sure that your last phone call is to Earnest and you'll see why that was the smartest thing you could've done. I had several quotes from other companies all saying I needed to replace my unit quoting $12k and up. Earnest was very honest with us and saved us a fortune by repairing our unit. I would highly recommend him.

So I had a different AC company come out and literally walk away from the job. Earnest came out and tackled the job! Not afraid to get in there and get dirty and do whatever it takes to get the job done! The technician did a great job. Kept me informed and promptly answered any questions. Very professional. Came out on a Sunday to do my repair since he had an emergency call in my area. I highly recommend this company. One of the best experiences I’ve had with service calls.
