We had a 4 ton Carrier unit installed for us by this company. Starting with the initial phone call to schedule the appointment for a quote, we were really impressed. They came out to see what we had, offered some suggestions, and got back to us that same evening with a quote. A few days after we signed the contract, the technicians showed up to install the item. I understand that problems happen, sometimes beyond our control, and how this company dealt with it shows that they live their values. He dispatched the next available technician who arrived within 90 minutes. Our technician, was wonderful. He was professional and even put on booties and a floor covering to make sure our floor stayed clean. He was extremely thorough and explained everything. Although he did not have the part we needed, he found a solution so we had our heat restored and will be back to finalize our repair once the part is ordered.
