I cannot thank Matt from Plug-in Service enough! I was freaking out when my fridge stopped cooling, and I thought I was going to lose all my food. But thankfully, the technician arrived promptly and was able to fix the issue on-site. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the defrost sensor that had stopped working. I was so relieved to see the fridge cooling again! The technician was also very kind and patient, explaining what he was doing and answering all my questions. We had a problem with our Maytag Dryer not working/running, we thought it was a simple fuse after doing some self-diagnosis, which was not correct. We called the professionals and Plug-In services came out right away. They diagnosed the actual problem, ordered the parts needed and was back within a day or two to finish the job explaining everything along the way. They were great! Simple to work with.

I saw all of the (well-deserved) 5-star reviews of Matt, so I called him late one afternoon when the recessed ceiling lighting in our kitchen went out. He came over early the next morning, and he was able to diagnose and to solve what turned out to be a complicated matter in a relatively short period of time. Watching him work, it's clear that he is an electrical sleuth, and I immediately knew that I was fortunate to have found the right guy for the job. He is not only excellent at what he does, but he is also an excellent communicator -- both in setting up the appointment and in explaining what he is doing and why. I got a call during evening from my tenant that LG refrigerator stopped cooling and he called several appliance repair companies but they didn't want to come. I called Matt who was on the way back home from his work. He took my call and promised to come. He came to my house within an hour and quickly diagnosed the issue. He came back next day morning with the part to fix the issue. His charge was also reasonable. I highly recommend Matt and would like to do business with him again in the future.
I had an unusual problem with my furnace. It worked, but the fan wouldn’t start at the same time. The Fan worked also without the furnace. Another technician came earlier charging for the inspection and suggested to replace the furnace.
This company has been flexible with the scheduling. The tech ran diagnostics and quickly found a wiring problem, fixing the issue. Technician’s attention to details and professionalism were great. After fixing the problem he inspected the unit further, checked for possible leaks.
The fee a was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business.
