Pacific Heating and Sheet Metal installed a mini split in my Living room and I’m so happy with the product and and quality of work done. James was very clean and orderly with his work, when he left there was no mess and he spent extra time showing me all the settings and how to operate it. Overall it was a great experience!

I called Pacific Heating and Sheet Metal to get a proposal for a new HVAC system. Rich was so wonderful and came at the end of his work day to check out my existing system. He was so professional and extremely knowledgeable about what I would need and explained everything to me. His proposal was thousands of dollars less than his competitor, Smart 72. Rich is very HONEST. His proposal is straight forward. He is very kind and trustworthy! He is the man to see for any install or repair that you need. I am so happy I called Rich from a referral I received from a close friend.

The HVAC system I wanted was very complicated and high end. Rich the owner came quickly to bid the job and installation timing was as described. Two other local HVAC companies came and looked at the job and never even offered a bid. As said, this was a complicated install and needed real professionals with experience. At one point we had five technicians here. The system is great and performs beyond my expectations. Now beware, these guys are not cheap but as my Dad said - "You get what you pay for"

Pacific heating offered us great service and was
very respectful and responsive. Richard fixed
our furnace within a couple days and kept in
touch with us the entire time. He was very
persistent on getting the problem resolved and
even came out after work hours to get the
problem resolved with our furnace during the
winter time. Pricing was more than fair.
