First time using Fresh Air Heating and Cooling and can say that I am pleased with the service. The tech was friendly and thorough in completing the requested AC maintenance. He also provided us with information about optional preventative maintenance plans without any pressure. A good customer experience overall!

First off, I called Fresh Air Heating and Cooling yesterday morning and got an appoint for today which was awesome. Zach came right on time….actually even a bit early which was fabulous! He listened to what was going on and knew immediately how to fix it. He was here for about an hour, tested all the vents and everything is working perfectly now! Thank you so much!!!

We had our bi-annual maintenance on our two units and we were impressed with how thorough and professional Fresh Air Heating and Cooling technician was during the visit. His explanation about our aging units were very detailed the best that we have had in the years we have used this company.

Our AC died during the night. Called Fresh Air Heating and Cooling at about 7:15 AM. Got a text back about 8AM with a scheduled time for repairs. Technician arrived early, diagnosed the problem & fixed it perfectly in a bit over an hour. Excellent service.
