They were professional, profound and respectful. I highly recommend Fresh Air for any of your hvac needs! Their prices are reasonable and the technicians were in and out with the unit fully installed & up and running pretty quick! They also left my house clean!!!

We had a great experience with Fresh Air Heating and Cooling! We called Monday morning and someone was at my door by 11:30am. He had everything he needed to fix our AC right then and there. We had cold air coming in in no time!! Justin had great customer service!

We have utilized the services of Fresh Air Heating and Cooling for several years now. We have never had any problems. They are quick to answer our questions and provide honest and accurate quotes. Most recently, both A/C units went out in our home- on the same day. It was incredibly hot. While they had a tech available during after hours, we opted to wait a day. The tech came and serviced both units, within 2 hours. I can't thank them enough for meeting our needs. We'd definitely return for services-hopefully not too soon.

We recently had Fresh Air Heating and Cooling install a new water heater at our house and were very happy with the job that they did. Alex B. was very professional and knowledgeable, and we appreciated that he did not try to upsell us on a more expensive system. On the day of installation, Alex was right on time and meticulous in all that he did. Definitely check out Fresh Air Heating and Cooling if you have any issues with your water heater.

The day of install Luis and his crew were on time, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. He introduced the crew to me and walked me through what they were going to be doing. Rob was great with diagnosing and providing a fair and accurate price for my new HVAC system. Wow! We will probably never use another company ever again! Our cold air stopped flowing overnight Friday-Saturday. We called Saturday morning and got a same day appointment! The tech Todd even showed up early because he was ahead of schedule and was very nice. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of showing up! He replaced the part and fixed the issue within 15 minutes of showing up! Fresh Air Heating and Cooling is the best! Thank you Fresh Air Heating and Cooling!

One of our AC units stopped working last evening. I called Fresh Air Heating and Cooling at 7AM the next morning and they were able to schedule a tech to visit by that afternoon. By 10 am I received a call that a tech was in the neighborhood and could stop by if I was available. I agreed to the earlier time. The tech, Anthony arrived, diagnosed the problem and had our AC unit up and running within 15 minutes. Anthony was very knowledgeable and professional. Anthony also fixed some minor issues with the thermostat wiring which if it were not corrected could have led to more major problems down the road. The repair cost was very reasonable.

Rick came to our new build home to complete a retinue maintenance request. While here, he identified multiple issues with on HVAC system. He documented said issues and took photographs so that I can send a request to the builder on the warranty for repairs. He was very careful about not doing anything that would void our warranty from the builder. Rick was clean and respected our home. We look forward to having him back in the autumn. Two thumbs up for Fresh Air Heating and Cooling. I’m a happy customer.

I had Fresh Air Heating and Cooling come out to service my A/C unit. I had used them before so I knew that I was going to get excellent work done. Anthony called letting me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. Found out the problem and went to work.
