Needed my AC unit replaced. On the initial estimate Ryan showed up and went straight to the point, no sales pitch.

My AC was replaced within a week. Ryan was very professional and the entire process went smooth. It’s been a couple months since the installation and I already recommend Hometown Heating and Air to a couple neighbors and family members.

We had a wonderful experience with Hometown; they were educational and didn't try to upsell us if we didn't need it. They let it be our decision and gave us the pros and cons of each system. The installation went seamlessly, and they were polite and conscious if I had to take a work call to keep the noise down. I highly recommend the Bryant 21 sheer unit; it is so quiet you can't tell it's even on; zoning is a game-changer for comfort in your home, especially if you have two stories. I recommend you at least talk with them if you consider a new AC or HVAC system or need service.

Ryan called before showing up, he was on time and professional. He fixed my AC right away and showed me tips on how to make sure my system will run more efficiently. Thanks again for the service and I would recommend his company to friends and family.

They came out right away! Excellent service I had two other people look at it and could not fix the issue. They fixed it and took their time to see what the issue is.

Our AC was not working so I went through Google to try to find someone right away since it was hot out. Ryan (owner) was able to come by immediately and told us our compressor broke and we would have to replace the whole system. He charged is $70 for 20 minutes of his time, said the $70 would go towards the $9000+ he was going to charge us for a new system. He emailed me some system options. I wanted a second opinion.

Honey's heating and air came today through Costco. Nick was a very professional salesman and we talked new systems, they're all expensive. He looked at the unit, the compressor was NOT broken. It likely overheated the system when we had run it with dirty filters. After it cooled, our house is cool again. VERY SHADY, in business since 2020. Not happy, a wasted $70.

Ryan was very nice.He called before showing up. We needed a thermostat and fuse replacement, he also serviced our A/C. He was super quick and proficient with his tasks.
