Trifecta Heating & Air Conditioning - MV

A friend recommended Trifecta...SO glad they did! Danny was beyond friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and answered all of our annoying questions :). He gave us options to either repair or replace, he did mention that my heater is over 20 years old and since we have had two previous repairs that were costly, he suggested it might be a good idea to think about replacing it. After adding up the past repairs plus the current one, I decided to replace the unit. New unit and new warranty – no worries!

Zack came to our house because the heater on one side of the house was not keeping the rooms nice and toasty like normal. He was so friendly and thorough. He helped us to understand how our 2 unit system works and then went into the attic to take a look. He came back with pics of what he had seen and gave us his recommendations. He explained that both of the units needed to have maintenance done (what!? Heaters need maintenance?) he also explained that the filter compartments needed cleaning and the fan needed to be oiled and kept clean too. Now my heat is working much better!

I totally recommend these guys!! Zach came out first thing in the morning and got our heat running. He was fair, honest and offered clear pricing and advice. I have an older unit in the attic but he was able to get it running again. He gave good advice on how to limp through the rest of the winter and he showed me exactly what it would cost to replace if/when that time came. All in all a great guy and great company. You will not be disappointed.

The Friday night before my daughter's 6th birthday party and our heater goes out! We had a very large gathering planned on Saturday and having a home full of shivering guests was not on the agenda. Went online and searched for some reputable repair companies, called a few and the only one that actually returned my phone call on Saturday morning was Trifecta. Mary was really helpful and able to get someone out within the hour. Shawn arrived and boy was he quick at figuring out what went wrong – a bad CPU board. Since it was a part that was unique to my heater, he rushed out to pick it up and came back with time to spare to install it. Seriously saved the day for us and the party went off without a hitch. My Ac worked great this past summer but when it came to the heat, nothing except cold air. I contacted these guys and spoke to Hugh and he told me a repairman was in the area and could be there as soon as 45min. Darwin arrived and noticed the Nest thermostat that my friend had installed at the beginning of summer, and quickly found the solution, one wire was not where it supposed to be (seriously). I thought it could’ve been a big problem but these guys were honest thanks Darwin!

Used their website to request service on a Sunday, got a call first thing Monday morning and Darwin was on site by 11:00am that morning. Within an hour or so he had diagnosed where the problem was (bad electrical part), replaced it, checked to make sure my system was running smoothly and then packed up. I watched him work the whole time he was there in order to learn; he was fast, very experienced, and happy to answer my questions. There was no BS, upselling, etc. Will happily call them back up next time there is a problem.

I had a broken thermostat, as well as faulty air conditioner parts. Sean and John fixed all of my problems quickly and we are up and running again, with heat and air. They were professional, super friendly and extremely helpful and kind. If I owned my own business, I'd have tried to hire them both!

Wowed! We had a big HVAC project and are so glad we hired Trifecta. They removed our old system and all of our old ductwork, redesigned the airflow pattern in our home to make it more comfortable, installed all new ductwork and the new system, and moved the compressor to the other side of the house. Zach, was very accessible for questions when we were making initial decisions and even came to the house to work on one of the days. His crew, Anthony and Trung, were such nice people and very professional and competent. They worked hard at our house for several days. Trung was the one who redesigned our ductwork and airflow, and he treated us and our home like family. He's an HVAC artist and this really is no exaggeration, our new system is beautifully planned and installed. He takes pride in his workmanship and is a perfectionist. Our home has had the new system for a few weeks,and I cannot tell you the difference it has made. It's like a different house. I don't think that any of the other companies we talked with would have done half as good a job. We are thrilled.

I had just bought my house last summer, winter comes around and I decided to turn on my heat, I set my thermostat at 76 and let the heater run all night, I woke up the next morning and my home was still at 69. I had a friend refer me to Trifecta; they came out that day and fixed my heat fast and easy. Their guy was great and professional, turned out it was a sensor for the fire that went out.

A big thank you to Trifecta especially their technician Tim, I was told by another company my compressor was bad and it would cost over $3k, he came over and found out the compressor was not bad.

Tim found the problem was with something totally different. He fixed the problem in under an hour and saved me thousands.
