Placed a call around 6PM. Heard back early the next morning. They were able to send out a technician same day who was very professional. He had to locate the part we needed for our very old furnace and had it repaired and up and running withing a couple of hours. Will absolutely use again for our HVAC needs in the future.

The professionalism and expertise was astounding. Arturo Jr came in and only had to hear the unit to know what was wrong. Fixing it was just as timely. They not only respond quickly but do fantastic work. I highly recommend this family owned company!

My issue was little to no hot air when the heater was on. Hugo and Arturo were very methodical in performing a diagnostic of the heating system. Turned out a fouled sensor was the culprit. This was quickly rectified. Professional and friendly. Great value for their services. Castillo HVASC is my go-to for heating and air conditioning issues. I recommend everyone give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

The owner is very easy to speak with. The technicians are very professional . They finish the job when they said they would. The 2 day installation process was painless. With no air conditioner and a full house, we hardly notice them moving in and out of the house. I would recommend this company.

I was referred by a friend but I still wanted to get quotes from other companies. All companies were close in price the first company tried to tell me I could only by the filter from them that was a lie the second company never got back to me on a discount for over a week. Castillo Heating & Air was on top of everything. I would call Art and ask questions and he would answer all questions. My Installation went great and all in one day. I had my inspection from the city and he told me I picked a good company that everything was done right and up to code. The inspector said a lot of installations are not done properly. Installations are the most important thing if you want it to work properly and for many years. Thank you for all that helped especially Art.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable technicians. Today I used Castillo for the 2nd time and I'm extremely pleased with their great customer service, starting with the front office staff answering the phones, always friendly & respectful and their awesome technicians. Nate was very informative and knowledgeable. They have definitely earn a long time customer.
