Castillo Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my 43 year old furnace. All persons involved were courteous, highly professional, and a pleasure to work with. Price was competitive. I am very pleased with my new furnace, and with every aspect of how the project was handled.

Castillo Heating coordinated appointment with our tenant. They confirmed a couple days before. They showed up on time and communicated and explained repairs required. So refreshing to have a service company that prides themselves in delivering a high level of service at a fair price! Happy Customer!

I called in to Castillo on a Monday and they came out next day to fix my A/C. Nate was my tech and he was very professional kept me up to date with what he was doing at all times. I got text messages informing me of when they were going to show up, when my service was and when it was completed. When I called in the service was outstanding. I got emails right away notifying of everything. I couldn't be happier.

Castillo Heating and Air came out to fix a capacitor that went out on my system. Although this was a warranty repair thru KB Homes, they were very professional and answered every question I had about the proper maintenance of the system. Nate was my tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable even though I hovered and watched every task he completed. 100% recommend.

I had my 2 outdoor AC units replaced by one Trane 5 ton variable speed communicating XV20i with its corresponding indoor coil and variable speed furnace XC80. Art was very thorough in explaining the system that he suggested to replace my old unit. He was honest to answer all the questions and concerns that I have that helped me in my research. It sure helped me in making my final decision. The Castillo Heating & Air Conditioning technicians Ernesto and Tony who installed the units were outstanding! They communicated well with me and accommodated my schedule. They were prompt, on time and worked systematically. They took great care in covering the carpet areas where they worked and they kept their work areas clean. They were very professional in dealing with us and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. My wife I are extremely happy and satisfied with this Trane AC and furnace. It is very quiet compared to the old units that it replaced.
