After another company came and told me that I had to replace my entire unit (an almost $5k cost), Ron AC & Heating Repair was able to send out someone the next day to give me a 2nd opinion and take a look at my unit. Emilio immediately figured out how to fix the unit to get the compressor working again, and also found a leak that was leading to the low refrigerant. He literally found all of this in about 20 minutes of being there. The other company was there inspecting my unit for over an hour, even the service manager came out...and they still couldn't figure it out (and their conclusion was just to replace the entire unit). Prompt, accurate, precise and timely...all on a Sunday! We got on Sunday and realized something was amiss with our AC. I immediately started looking for someone to come out and Ron AC & Heating Repair was suggest. I checked them out, saw the 5 stars and called with a prayer. When I saw that Ron AC & Heating Repair is owned by the Osgood brothers, I expected the service to be great and wasn't disappointed. I called for a fall checkup and they had me scheduled for the same week. David, the technician, called and said he could come early. He came, did the checkup, and was out in less than an hour. I had a bunch of questions about using the HVAC systems with a standby generator and David was happy to answer all my questions. Ron AC & Heating Repair will be our go-to HVAC company from now on

Great communication and installation. Fair price on a premium Trane system. Other manufacturers are more aggressive with discounting programs and more engaged with installers.
