Today, I hired LA Duct Cleaning to clean my ducts. I purchased a new dryer, and after installing it, we received an error message. The store's tech said it was because of the dryer vent. So we finally got in today, and it works.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They did an amazing job cleaning my duct and were very courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. I just want to say thanks you so much guys!!

I just moved into a new condo and the seller unfortunately didn't know when the last time the dryer vents were clean / stats on the length of the vents. So after calling around with my situation (and even a referral), only one company was not only super friendly but said they could easily help out and really came through above and beyond.

After setting up an appointment easily by phone along with describing the situation, one of their cleaners arrived at my condo and assessed the situation pretty quickly - finding the end of the vent and being able to measure things through without too much hassle. In the end, we were surprised to have found that the vents were about 55 feet and unfortunately never cleaned by the previous seller.

After about an hour, the cleaner was able to get everything clean and was able to get things done pretty easily. He also kindly wore shoe coverings that I had for being inside the condo.

After assessing the value (and redeeming the Yelp Deal which for me was worth doing), the whole process was done! I was surprised at how efficient things were done and with little to no hassle. Will seriously gladly use them again in the near future and super happy with the service.

The fact that LA Duct Cleaning is a family-owned business is precisely why I exclusively use family-owned businesses. They cleaned out my new house's 40-year-old vents, which had accumulated a lot of "unmentionables" from prior owners who didn't take care of the property over the years. From beginning to end, the LA crew was dedicated, professional, and courteous. They also spent their time to ensure that the project was completed correctly, which is critical. Furthermore, their treatment of my vents was really successful. The difference in air quality and odor is immediately apparent. I feel better knowing that my home is safer for me and my baby.

DAY OF: They arrived within the window requested, and promptly went through our entire building in half a day with various services requested like; dryer vent cleaning, return/supply cleaning, bathroom exhaust fan, etc. they did an absolutely incredible job and sent a post-project report with photos of the work they did. We worked with Johnny and Ulisses and they were both so professional, efficient, and kind!

If you have never gotten your duct cleaned.. and are wondering why your clothes are no longer drying or why your allergies are acting up, lol I 100000% recommend and will be coming back years to come.
