Rarely will you ever find an HVAC guy as dedicated and knowledgable as Kenneth. He went above and beyond to locate a hard-to-find air handler for my old HVAC system, and when the manufacturer sent a defective unit - then refused to take it back (after Kenneth has already installed it) - Kenneth had the unit repaired at his own cost, reinstalled it, and honored the full warranty. Now that's service! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Highly recommended!

A return visit to our home's AC by Heating Alternatives once again showed what a fantastic company they are to work with.
We called Heating Alternatives for a different matter then last time since we were so happy with them last time.
Problem, we had no more cold air upstairs!
We had a MiniSpit installed by our previous AC company which is no longer in business, and it simply was not pumping out anymore cold air.

Kenneth was able to fit us into his scehdule that day. We originally thought it would need a freon reload, but after he inspected our condensor he told us it was a different matter all together.
He gave us a solution and it fixed the issue. The next day we have a cold upstairs again and I wanted to write this review to tell people that the world is getting warmer. Climate change is real.
You better have a great working AC and a great partner when issues do occur.
Heating Alternavtives is that partner for us.

Great company. Highly recommend using Them for your heating and A/C needs. Ken and his crew were very professional. Needed heat and AC put into a 109 year old house. After the initial contact, they were there in a day to check out my house and I received a quote shortly after. We discussed a start date and how long it would take and they were right on target with the estimated time. The work done was great and no big messes or mistakes were made. I am very happy with my new zoned heating and air system, chose Heating Alternatives and you will be too.

Kenneth has gone above and beyond to ensure that our home is properly cooled. We really threw quite a mess at him, and he's done everything in his power to give us the best service. He is polite, communicative, AND he actually understands Nest systems! Do you know how many HVAC vendors I have worked with that run away in horror at the site of a Nest thermostat? these guys gave a us a great quote, stuck to it, and did their work professionally and VERY neatly - they even finished sooner than they initially said the would! the hvac system so far has been great! also kenneth and his crew were friendly and unobtrusive. i have and will continue to recommend!

Great job, did what he said from the very first phone call. On time and very timely with repair. We will use anytime we have a AC issue.

I live in an old house that has a build in floor furnace that worked fine last year, but now it's not turning on. So I Google "broken heater" and found heating alternative in the area. Two guys troubleshoot the heater and determined it was a faulty valve, and would be best to replace it and the thermocouple which cost me $400. After doing my due diligence I feel it's a fare price with quality customer service.

Kenneth came out to check my irregularly acting A/C unit. When he did not find any faulty issue at the moment, he did not try to sell me any bogus parts/solutions and charge me an arm and a leg. Honest professional.
