Heating Alternatives was 1,000% excellent when my old-school wall heater died. I was out of state and they dealt with the permit, inspection, installation, and removal of dead heater like a champ.

The work was beautifully done, with paint and plaster matched to the original, and it was fast.

Kenneth is the man. When my AC stopped working this summer, the “other guys” tried to sell me a whole new system for a lot of money. But then I called Kenneth and he diagnosed and fixed the issues. Saved us a ton of money and saved us from sending a whole condenser unit to the landfill for no reason. Highly recommended.

We had Kenneth help us install a mini-split AC/heating system in our house. We had gotten a few price quotes, his quote was very competitive. We went with Kenneth because he was very knowledgable, and also listened to our needs and helped up problem solve a few challenges. Our system works great. We would recommended him for sure. This company came through for me- our furnace blower broke and Kenneth was super quick to get it fixed. He even tracked down the part from multiple sources to get it done for us. I told him that my wife was pregnant and I really need the AC fixed quickly, and he definitely made me feel like a priority. I called him Monday morning and it was fixed by noon on Tuesday.

Kenneth is amazing!! He came out today and was super honest, friendly and straight forward. My unit was low on freon so he added more into my unit. He was done in 30 minutes and now my house is cool again. So glad I found Heating Alternatives and Kenneth. If your air conditioner is in need of a repair, look no further. I'm really just singing to the choir at this point, but Kenneth was fantastic. I tired of dealing with another company who said they were "sourcing a part" for my tenant's wall heater. After multiple times being told I'd be called back within 5 minutes, I was done with them.

When I first called Ken, he had this chill surfer vibe going on but he was completely professional and made an appointment first thing in the morning. He came through and had it fixed within an hour. He was slightly pricier than the other company, but once again, you get what you pay for. Excellent service. Would definitely use again!

Great work from Kenneth + team! I've been with Kenneth for over 2 years and the new system he put in place is still humming along! He even came back over a year later to check in on the system to make sure it was still running smoothly, comped! No wonder he's now super busy, doing great work and honest!!! :)

First class company. Ken picked up the phone immediately and was super accommodating. My furnace would run for a short time and then shutdown as it was over heating. Ken knew this wouldn't be an easy fix, but he send his man Marvin over the next day, without even charging a diagnostic fee, how cool is that ??? Marvin showed up on time, and was as pleasant as can be. He worked the problem for as long as needed to, until, he found the issue and fixed it. I am super grateful to both Ken and Marvin for taking care of my problem. They gave me a great warranty as you can tell they are in the customer pleasing business.
