Dr. Ductless Heating & Cooling

Today I met with Laura. She was prompt, extremely personable, and overall explained everything so in-depth I felt more than comfortable choosing Dr. Ductless for my services. The ethics and morals she displayed while providing me honest information, honest quotes, and her honest opinion made me extremely confident that I was picking the best company for the job. This was not my first estimate, however, due to her expertise and knowledge and thorough review of all my best options I booked my installation appointment the same day as my estimate. Laura is amazing, I am so pleased she will be at my residence the day of installation with her workers and I’m very thankful I found them. Thank you Laura and Dr. Ductless for having such amazing employees. Also I spoke with Joesph Suregnor over the phone with questions prior to Laura coming out to my appointment, he was such a pleasure, a sweetheart, and a super cool guy, as well as very professional!

I've heard of contractors just being late for appointments but this is the first time a company has been so incompetent as to just completely lose an appointment and not really even know why. Must be as bad a company as I have ever dealt with.

Dr. Ductless lost my appointment and when I called at the end of the appointment window to find out what was going on they told me they didnt know but only that I had somehow "fallen through the cracks" because the person I had made the appointment with never passed the information along or something. They were unable to send anyone until the following week (at which point I canceled and got someone else of course).

Laura came and gave us an estimate on what we needed and set everything up. Pedro acme with his technicians and worked all day to install the mini splits and stayed to check to made sure everything was up and running smoothly before leaving.
Both Laura and Pedro were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have mini splits installed.

We were in a bind on a 109° Day and had no expectations of a A/C company showing up the same day, however Matt was there within a few hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional when It came to everything related to heating and air, and even wore “booties” on his feet without my wife having to ask. Matt came up with a brilliant solution to the problem we’re experiencing, since our house temperatures vary’s by 30° between the upstairs and downstairs. They ended up putting in the units he suggested and we could not be more pleased by the quality and price of his work. This company deserves more stars than I was able to give.

We met with 4 other ductless providers in the area, and Dr. Ductless was by far the best and most reliable choice! After a FREE home visit and assessment, they provided us with a quote on the spot. Other companies we worked with asked that we wait a week or more before receiving a quote. I worked specifically with Rod and Matt, and they provided fantastic service! They were so professional, easy to talk to, and patient with us. Financing with Dr. Ductless was an easy process!

After our HOA board initially denied our request to install ductless (they had literally never heard of it before, and most people just use window units here anyways...) Rod and Matt came to a 6:30PM board meeting and presented to the HOA board! They were so helpful and clear with the board about the scope of work required. The board approved our project, and we have been enjoying our 3-zone mini-split system for about 2 weeks now.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ductless. They provided competitive pricing and payment options. The instillation took one day. The mini-splits are super easy to use and are SO EFFECTIVE at helping us maintain comfortable temperatures.

Best of all, the ductless system is so quiet! We can actually hear our neighbor's window unit over our outdoor condensing unit. Crazy!

After doing Research on replacing my HVAC system Dr. Ductless Heating and Cooling came in highly recommended by one of my good friends. My first initial contact was with Ana from the office, she helped me with setting up the initial consultation with the comfort adviser, Matt. I was provided with a one hour window of arrival and Matt showed up right on time and gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival! Can you say impressive? Matt was very professional and explained what needed to be done and left me with the confidence I needed to commit to this investment. He was able to put me on the schedule 3days after we signed the contract. The day before the installation I received a reminder call with all the information that I needed. The installation crew arrived at 8:30 am and began setting up. Matt showed up on the day of the installation and opened up the job , he introduced the foreman and his crew and they informed me exactly how the day was going to play out. The Install crew took great pride in their work and worked cohesively. At the end of the installation, the install crew cleaned up very nicely. The fore man then came and did a walk through of the system and explained how everything worked and patiently answered all of my questions. The day after the installation I received a call from Ana who called to follow up on the installation to make sure that I was happy with the installation and asked if I had any questions. I never thought I could be so in love with a heating and air company as I am with Dr. Ductless Heating and Cooling. Thank you Dr. Ductless!

We were able to strategize with Matt and ended up installing a Mitsubishi central AC system in our 900 sq/ft. condo. The team at Dr. Ductless was on time, courteous, friendly and most importantly they performed a great service. We would recommend them to anyone looking for their help. 10/10

Matt and his team were amazing. Super professional, and deal in all the major brands. Install was quick, clean and painless. They were very transparent about what I was getting and they delivered splendidly. They even took extra care to make sure my cat didn’t get out, which was the real priority 😻.

Dr. Ductless not only had great service but they gave me a great deal as well. The house we live in is older and we needed a solution because a regular HVAC was not an option.
