I can’t even complain. I had one of the representatives knock on my door this past month, his name is Anthony ! Such a great wonderful sales representative. He represented my mom as the fact that she only speaks and understands Spanish. My mother was super amazed at his ability of being able to explain every single detail and walk my mother step by step with patience and manners. Anthony was very joyful and positive the whole time! I’m the type of guy that’s very skeptical when it comes to companies like this one’s . But OH MAN! Anthony definitely put me inside his pockets with his ability to sell! WERE SOO HAPPY We decided to move forward with him . I can’t complain about anything! he was fully transparent and honest with us . Very straight forward gentleman. Very educated and with manners. Let’s not forget the fact that he helped us save so much money by just having clean water! He also answered every question that we had . Nothing was hidden from us. I love to see young kids like him hustling and also being prideful for what they do ! THANK YOU ANTHONY !!!! Definitely giving 5 stars because of him.

They came to install my system. Even though I wanted it on the side of my house they did it. No questions asked they cleaned up after themselves. They made sure that my system was installed properly and it looked good. The salesman was friendly and very helpful. I am very happy with the results I would recommend this company to anyone

The reps Khadija and Chady were very helpful they made the whole process so quick and efficient. There's 9 people living in our home spending lots of money with there help we not only have cleaner water but we are also saving $400 a month with all the upgrades.

They came to my house saying they'd install a tankless water heater saying it's part of the water and power. My uncle thought that we were only going to be paying 150 a month and then when he left and I was left alone with my grandmother then they mention a loan. Do not let the door to door people trick you into a 17000 loan especially if you or your family memeber is elderly.
They spouted a lie about chemicals being in the water system and calcium in the tank.
When we called clark to come back and asked for help with canceling the contract he kinda brushed it and said he could cancel on his part we could as well. When I asked about a number to call he just said it was in the email and left miffed because he lost his commision. Called the number and it wasn't correct. Don't believe the lies the door to door say.

Horrible customer service
Big very big liars lie about what you get in your package. Lied about the whole house having pure water. That didn't happen would not refer them to my worst. Don't believe the hype. Shut your door soon as they come to..
