It is impossible to describe in such a small space the level of commitment this company has to its customers. I hired them to install A/C and upgrade my existing heating system and ductwork -- Kenny was an amazing sales person who gave me a detailed quote on the spot during the initial walkthrough. We not only scheduled the install for one week later, but the office was savvy enough to pull the permits ahead of time so there would be no delays. Installation went smoothly, but I immediately had problems with the system (it would overshoot the set temperature by a significant margin)...they repeatedly came over to troubleshoot and even brought the manufacturer's service guys into to address it and reprogram everything, but the manufacturer kept dancing around the problems and either stalled in diagnosing it or simply didn't know how. So instead of continuing to wait for the manufacturer to acknowledge this particular unit was faulty, Belle Air took it upon themselves to reinstall an ENTIRELY new system (since no one could identify the source of the exact issue) -- and it works PERFECTLY. I was blown away by their willingness to eat the cost to fix issues that weren't even their fault (their installation was flawless -- this particular unit simply came from the manufacturer's factory faulty). I cannot recommend a company more strongly...they will do whatever it takes to listen to your concerns and get the job done right!

It was nice that Kenny, the sales manager, called to say he was on the way. He arrived 15 minutes later wearing a mask, gloves, shoe booties, and saying that he had been vaccinated, quickly putting my mind at ease. Thankfully he explained the Daikin system in a way that i completely understood and appreciated. I noticed he was very careful not to touch things, because of COVID, as he walked around the house to check out where the system would go. He even offered to help me lift a very large mirror to make sure it would fit under the wall unit I was considering.

When Kenny quoted the price for the system and installation I found it very reasonable. And because he was by far the lowest bid to date, and because the system he was offering had a lot more power than the others I had seen for more money, I was sold.

The two technicians were very professional and took the necessary COVID safety precautions. They went right to work laying down drop cloths every where they went in the house. They ran into a problem because the breaker box in my house is old and the part they needed was unavailable. Before I had time to worry Robert, their boss, showed up with a new part. At the last minute they had decided on a change of plans and went under the house to fix the issue with out any additional problems.

When I handed Robert the check for the amount we had agreed on he immediately told me the amount was wrong. I'm thinking uh oh here it comes . . . but no, I was wrong. He explained that I had forgotten to deduct the check I had given Kenny days earlier for the down payment from the total bill, thus over paying by $380. (And not only that, I wasn't charged for the new breaker part and the unexpected hours spent.)

Our system works like a charm. We are completely satisfied, and love the sleek over all look of the Diakin unit on the wall. We seldom write reviews but Jorge felt it was warranted this time to let everyone know there are still honest, hard working people and companies out there. We will absolutely be return customers. 5-stay and beyond quality. This company is a family run business and you can tell! They value their customers and take so much pride in their work. I am very picky .... but they were always so patient and went beyond make sure I understood all the AC lingo... Never tried to up-sell and their team was so clean and professional. I will always use this company for any AC needs! If you choose this company you will not be disappointed.
