American Energy Heat & Air

We originally got a service agreement from American energy. We needed a small repair on our furnace. American energy was able to get our technician, Josh, out within 45 minutes of my contacting them. Josh is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a very short amount of time. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with this company has been very positive; they are professional, knowledgeable, and so far two techs came into my house and both were able to do their job and give me good explanation of what they found and possible suggestions for improvement.

Michael came out to do a furnace tune up for both my home and my neighbors home and he was very delightful! Scheduling was easy and Michael was very knowledgeable.

Josh H. came to perform routine maintenance on our 1987 AC unit today. He was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and honest. I had such a positive experience that I signed up as a member. Very happy with Josh's visit!

We had American Energy to our house to do a tune up on our heating and air conditioning system. The technician Mikey was very knowledgeable and took time to explain to us what he did and how our system worked. No other company has ever done that before! We liked this company so much that we joined their maintenance team and look forward to future visits and insuring a long life out of our hvac system.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this company! Matt had one of his techs (Josh) respond to our house to check on our aircondtioning (blowing barely cool air) during start of 100 degree days. This was on a Sat , Josh arrived within hour! The problem was fixed in about 5 minutes. This was an extreme relief to my wife and I who were sick at the time and had to be indoors. This company cares!!! I will definitely be using them in the future as the need rises. GREAT JOB!!!

Just had Josh out for a system inspection. Hot weather is coming and we want to make sure our AC is tuned and ready. He was punctual, friendly, and informative. Rates were affordable as well. Will use again.

Andrew did a great job cleaning the ducts and vents. He is also very polite and a very nice guy.

American Energy was exactly what you would hope for...quick response, efficient scheduling, zero wasting my time with "thanks for reaching out so please call us to talk", showed up on time (early actually), friendly technician, thorough investigation, parts on the truck and...fixed the problem on the first trip. Really, what else could you possibly want from an HVAC or any other kind of contractor? I'll definitely call American Energy Air & Solar next time, first...and wish I had done so instead of using the ones I did to install my solar and HVAC systems. American Energy is outstanding.
