Very affordable and professional. They have done a furnace and an AC unit for me, both times they came out fast and everything works great!

Great company with friendly, efficient staff. I have a maintenance plan with them and I like that they call to remind us that our services are due instead of expecting us to remember. Our tech Garrett is always on-time and friendly with us and our dogs. He takes clear photos of problem areas and thoroughly explains our options for repairs or upgrades if needed. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

I can’t say enough about these guys. Our A/C went out Sunday 8/7 and we called and got an appointment Tuesday, Mikey was right on time, and process of elimination found out our A/C was done. A phone call to Ryan and he was at our house within a half hour. He was very helpful in finding the right unit for our house. And Thursday we had a new furnace and a/c. My AC went out last night and we were miserable! Called American and Josh H was able to come out right away! We needed a pricey part but he got it up and running in just a few minutes! He was extremely professional and friendly - easy to talk to and very honest. He didn't try to upsell me on a new system right off the bat although I know I could probably use one soon. He gave me great advice and let me know how and when I can get more information about a system when I'm ready. Looking forward to having them come out to keep us in good shape with regular maintenance checks. Thanks Josh!

American Energy was all that we could hope for in HVAC installation. Their lead tech Kano was professional and easy to work with. Their team laid down tarps and carefully replaced the AC from our attic without any problems. They had everything working and cleaned up before noon. Thanks Kano! I will recommend you to all my family and friends.

I feel really fortunate that I chose American Energy, this time. Garrett came out and solved a really challenging problem with just an hour’s labor. Another company had installed a new blower/computer board, but wired it all wrong. I only discovered the problem when I tried the furnace this week as temps dropped. Garrett came out the same morning I called for help. He rewired the whole computer board, to ensure proper voltage to the A/C and furnace, and I did not have to pay for new parts! I’m so glad he knows his stuff, so the job gets done right and affordably. I should’ve called them in the first place! Now I know who to use in the future…Garrett with American Energy. :)

Fortunately they contacted me as soon as they had an opening today. That was really important because it was 113° outside. Josh had the part in the truck and explained how he would be repairing the air conditioning unit. I highly recommend this business and if you can request a specific repair person, I recommend Josh!
