All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Jesus and Josh came out and installed our new air conditioner, they were professional and friendly. We appreciated there ability to install confidence in their work and all their efforts to quickly complete the job since we were about 103 that day and had been without air for over 24 hours so a big thank you from us.

Great customer service! Ray did a great job at fixing the issue we had with our mini split. He was able to locate the issue and fix it for us. Definitely will be requesting him for any future problems.

I called and requested a service call because my A/C wasn't working. They sent out a service technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered to repair the system. He told me the intended repair may only be a temporary solution, as my equipment was on its last legs. The repair did work, temporarily. Later, I called the tech directly, as he gave me his contact info. He returned that same day to attempt another repair. He could not complete that repair because my system had failed, beyond repair. He, patiently, walked me through all of my options. I chose to have the entire unit replaced. They needed a crane to place part of the system on my roof. Since this was on a friday, and the crane wasn't available until Monday, they gave me a portable air conditioner to use over the weekend (100+° weather). Bright and early Monday morning, they were there. They did a terrific job on the install, going above and beyond what was called for to make sure the install was up to THEIR professional standards. I couldn't be happier, or more satisfied, with their efforts. Besides being VERY professional, VERY friendly and VERY courteous, they were a joy to watch and talk to. Their work was way above standard. They left the jobsite as clean as it was when they started. I was impressed.

I've been a repeat customer of All Air for a while, and while the technicians I met before today have been courteous and respectful, today's Technician, Ray, tops them all! Ray was not only courteous and respectful, but he went the extra mile to ensure that his interaction with me, the customer, was an enjoyable experience - he answered all my questions in a friendly and professional way and I was in awe of his many years of experience and his willingness to listen to any of my concerns and to respond to them. Ray was amazing. We just had a new hvac system installed 2 years ago from another company but had low flow in some rooms. Ray figured it out and fixed it.

All-Air did an excellent job on the installation of our new HVAC system. Very clean and professional install, I would highly recommend them. They also did an Aeroseal service on our ducts and now we have far less leakage, plus they did not need to be replaced.

Eddie, Johnny and Ryan. They worked so hard and it was over 100 degrees that day. They even took care of Molly, my German Shepherd as I had to leave for work and trusted them to lock up. Every time I call Jackie, asks how she can make me smile. Everyone at All Air is excellent and always put a smile on my face.
