All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Our 13 month old heating system went out the Saturday before Christmas. After trying to repair and replace parts they brought a new system and stayed late on Thursday to replace it. They offered us space heaters and were very accommodating and professional about the whole thing!!

Good company. There technician, Ray, came out to do a diagnosis on the ac unit which was leaking due to improper wields from the initial installation. He came back to fix it within a reasonable amount of time, which I was surprised, as it is their busy season right now. Ray was really knowledgeable about HVAC and did a great job of explaining things. Would use this company again.

Second Review: As of today January 11, 2022 My Lennox HVAC system was serviced and repaired expertly by Ray Amador. I am very pleased with all aspects of the service and respect I received from the team members at All Air Heating and Air conditioning. Kim coordinated my service and kept me in the loop all along, and boy is she enthusiastic. Kudos to All Air, I wouldn't have anyone else.

Every person at All Air was wonderful, helpful and courteous. They worked quietly and fast. Bob was our first contact and he explained all the pertinent parts to our system makeover; why we wanted and needed the system he recommended and what we could expect each step of the way. Kahanu the GM was on it and dropped by throughout the project. Johnny the crew chief kept things running smoothly and on track. Eddie was great and his knowledge of the system gave us great confidence that we were in good hands. Jonathan did magic up in the attic installing the ducks and securing the vents. All in all it's All Air or no where. I'd recommend them (and have) to the people closest to us.

Ken came out and was wonderful! I had my home warranty and 2 other HVAC companies come out and they all gave me different fixes for my heater and none of them worked. Ken came out, he was clean, respectful and a good communicator, he figured out the problem and now it works perfectly. Thank you Ken and Thank You All Air.

This only happens when it’s particularly hot outside. 110 degrees and, of course, my HVAC went out. Vinh came out the same day and showed me what I already knew was true, it was dead. There was no sense in spending any more money on it. Vinh worked with me to get a system that was appropriate for the size of my house. My old unit was way too small. It's a wonder it lasted as long as it did. 37 years! Within a couple of days, when it was time to install - Jesus, Cory and Bobby came and worked as hard as I’ve ever seen anybody work, through the heat, making sure my new system was set up right and as quickly as possible. They even lent me a portable AC to get me through. I wouldn’t have made it without their help. I will continue to use their services for many more years to come. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

**UPDATE** A week later I had some issues with the new system turning off. Turns out this old house has some old pipes that were not draining correctly. Thank you Ray for your help!

Best experience ever spoke with GM Kahanu very professional and no pressure kinda of guy. I’m glad I spent my well earned money for my system. Very nice install. Ray Amador at All Air was amazing. Prompt attention to detail. My 20 year old, rooftop hyacinth finally had to be replaced. My 2 story rooftop unit was also sealed by them so no more birds could get in the attic. He even helped me to get financing! Highly recommend Ray!

I had another company look at the issue I was having and the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. He gave me a vague explanation of what he thought the issue was and that it would cost over two thousand dollars to repair. It didn't sound right to me.

I called All Air and they sent Phillip. He zeroed in on the issue in short order. He fixed it quickly and it's running better than it ever has before. He cleaned up after himself, and even cleaned up some fingerprints the other guy left near the entry to the attic.

I didn't buy a new unit from All-Air today, but you can bet when I need a new unit I won't be calling anyone else. If I could give more stars I would.
