We recently had Laguna Niguel Heating & Air Conditioning come to repair a wall heater in a rental home. The tenant told us that , the repair technician who came to her house, was excellent. He was thorough in all he did and very professional. I would Laguna Niguel Heating & Air Conditioning to call again for repairs and would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

My friend refers me to Laguna Niguel Heating & Air Conditioning, so I called to get my furnace check as sometimes the heat signal was on at thermostat while furnace wasn’t running. Found 2 issues and got a very comprehensive explanations of what was being done. The technician and the team were extremely professional and friendly, would recommend to anyone! Satisfied customer here!!

Highly recommend this company. You will not find a more professional HVAC firm to hire or to call for service . I had them install new vent pipes on my furnace and water heater. They were able to coordinate with my roofing company and get the job done in a very timely manner. I also used them to install a complete HVAC system including a new furnace and ac unit. This company goes above and beyond. Put drop clothes down throughout my home as they were working and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. They worked seamlessly with an asbestos abatement company so I could have the HVAC closet cleaned out before new furnace was installed.

Called on August 18th as my unit would not turn on. Serviceman showed up on August 20th and said unit needed 4 pounds of Freon. 2 hours later bill was $820.
Came home on Saturday and turned on unit and woke up in middle of the night hot. Unit turned off again with same symptoms. Scheduled service return for Tuesday, September 8th in morning but nobody showed up and found out when I called at 3pm.
Rescheduled for first thing this morning and its 2:30pm and still no one showed up. Called the office and they couldn't tell me when he will arrive.
REALLY???????
I would probably not recommend this company.

Had problem with the air conditioning unit in my house,I called up Laguna and scheduled an appointemnt.Jack, one of the technician came to check AC unit.He got it fixed the problem quickly.He did his work very well.Super friendly guy.Top notch service....I Recommend Laguna Niguel Heating & Air Conditioning.
