This company is wonderful. Honest and excellent work. We had a bad experience with another company, horrible in fact, Jacob came to our rescue, fixed the problem and is the only person we would ever use again. He great and trustworthy.

Excellent and prompt service. I had another company come out and all they tried to do was sell me on a full new system. Jakob came out and fixed it and we have cold air once again. I will only trust my HVAC units to these guys. Best price and best service in south Orange County.

Recently had an issue where A/C unit would run but not blow any cold air. With extreme heat warnings, I first tried calling a major repair company in the morning but ended up in their Voicemail. I next called Laguna HVAC repair after seeing positive comments and Jakob answered the phone and was able to come out later that afternoon. He was very thorough and clearly a professional. Pricing was fair. The other large contractor finally called me back the next day…. I’ll definitely reach out to Jakob at Laguna HVAC Repair first next time around.

Jakob retrofitted a new blower motor into my 1966 Gaffers & Sattler forced gas furnace. Many would have passed on the job for a number of reasons, inability to improvise being one of them. He seemed to have a thorough working knowledge of the entire system, especially the dangers with carbon monoxide. I appreciate his cheaper option to a new furnace for a while.

We had no heat and no idea why the fan blew but cool air. Fast response. Guy came out within an hour. Replaced a fuse and heat came on instantly. While he was there he changed filter for me. Great company
