Laguna HVAC Repair

My wall heater’s gas was turned off by the gas company, due to a faulty sensor.
Jakob from Laguna HVAC Repair came within a day of scheduling and had the unit fixed and the heater functioning within 45 minutes. I am happy and WARM!

I had a problem with the HVAC furnace in my house where it would turn on but not generate heat. I messaged Laguna HVAC repair, and Jacob offered to come up shortly the same day.

He was quickly able to figure out the problem and repair the furnace. Not only that, but he also explained to me how various parts of the furnace worked and his thought process behind the diagnostics. He was clearly very knowledgable in all the details of how a HVAC system is supposed to function. Above and beyond anybody who I ever worked with.

After the repair, Jacob also checked other parts of the furnace to see whether they perform properly, as well as voltages on electrical components and capacitors.

I could not recommend Jacob highly enough and would definitely use his services in the future!

My heat went out at the first cold snap in Orange county. I called many service companies and Jakob was the only one to pickup the phone. The other companies did call back but stated they had no ability until next year to send anyone over. Jakob came over the same day! He was able to squeeze me in. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable and methodical when it comes to debugging issues. My Carrier system is new and there are many bells and whistles and methodically he eliminated reasons for the system to working properly. All the time communicating with about his thoughts and why he did things in the order in which he did them. Eventually he figured out my issue and solved the heat not working well. I've met many HVAC technicians in my 60 years and Jakob is at the top of the heap in terms of professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge.

Highly recommend Jakob! We've used him several times to fix our HVAC units at our locations in OC and he's been professional, reliable and is someone you can trust to do good work for a reasonable price. I call Jakob every time we need something repaired with our units.
