Every visible component of the mini-split system he installed was done cleanly. He even matched the PVC drain lines to the color of the house so I didn’t have to paint them!

Our air conditioner was twenty-one years old, quit, and was not repairable. We got multiple bids on replacing it but didn’t find the right fit until we called Reitz Heating and Air. EJ Reitz is local to our area, is extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. He scheduled us as soon as we accepted his bid. EJ successfully installed our new HVAC system by relocating the system so it would work more efficiently. We appreciated that his approach is super flexible; he always considered our input and what he discovered as the project progressed. He took the time to explain everything, from his reasoning for installation decisions to how the completed system works. Also, he redid our entire ducting system to make sure to the job was done right and measured up to his high standards. The entire company pays attention to the details. Highly recommend EJ Reitz and his assistant Carlos. They came and checks my A/C and heating systems and gave me honest answers. I was told by ASI that the AC system had multiple problems and needed to be replaced for 30-40K, but this was not the full story and EJ explained in detail my system and that it is simply too big for my home. EJ was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly to us. We had central heating and previous ductwork, so I wanted to utilize existing ducts. He didn't try to add more vents or ductwork and I liked that. A couple companies wanted to rip the house apart.

When the time came for install, EJ and Carlos were incredibly professional! It's always really nice to have people who make you feel at ease when they are inside your home! We have been enjoying our updated HVAC system a few days now and we are thrilled! I would recommend EJ and his crew to anyone! They do an outstanding job, and their work is very very neat and clean! We thought we had to have our AC replaced (because we were told that by two other companies/techs) until EJ shows up and fixes it in less than an hour. Both EJ and Carlos were extremely professional and are totally committed to quality and efficiency. We will add to our existing AC some mini splits because it's so affordable with these guys.
