I called Jackson and Foster as my heating and air were not working. The next day Korey came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. He showed how my electrical system in the unit had actually burned.
Within 2 days the installers came out and worked diligently to install my new system. A huge job but they were excellent, very professional and tidy. I now have a new system that works beautifully.

Our ax started acting up right as temperatures warmed, after careful research I found Jackson & Foster and we’re definitely pleased!! Miguel was fast, clean and fixed our AC same day!

We had Miguel Correa come to our house to evaluate the installation of a mini-split. He was punctual and professional to my wife, who was home with our baby, in discussing the work needed and the options we had for installing a mini-split.

He explained the potential costs and timeframes, considering we were in a bit of a hurry to get something installed. My wife did not feel like she was talked down to or our concerns ignored. All our questions were addressed.

Miguel responded to texts about any questions quickly and helpfully. If I ever work with Jackson and Foster again, he'd be the person I'd ask for.

I hired this company for a possible repair job for our heating system. They were my second opinion. The technician quoted me a cost of $400 more than my first quote from the other company for the same exact job. Just to replace a inducer motor. I called their office and she told me those are their rates and she wouldn't match the other repair company's quote. So I would say they are pricey. And I had to pay them $124 to come and just give me that overpriced quote.

Miguel did an excellent job. He was pleasant, answered my questions thoroughly and did the job in a very professional manner. Would like to have him do the servicing next time.

Christian was professional, friendly, quick with the inspection/temporary repair (til the new system is installed). He text ahead of time and was even early! The price seems fair for the new system. They were also able to give me a next day appt! I’d recommend Jackson & Foster.
