I've been using Jackson & foster for @ 2 years now for regular maintenance on my air-conditioning & heating . Extremely satisfied with prompt & excellent service I receive. Kory is my professional service tech.

29 years of being a client of Jackson & Foster ( originally Jackson& Blanc’ Heating and Air and counting. The AC unit malfunctioned this past Sunday night, during a period of heat and high humidity. I phoned Monday morning and Vanessa scheduled the first morning appointment for today (Tuesday) with Kory. He has been the tech usually sent to my house for routine service of AC and heater, plus all repairs. Kory diagnosed and repaired the outdoor unit, with a new regular. The part was on his truck. A giant thank you to Kory and also to the entire office staff.

The professional staff put a rush rush rush on the A/C parts and equipment, and installation occurred much sooner than I anticipated! I was warned that the Pandemic could hamper our time schedule, but we did not feel this was a problem at all. I am very pleased.
