Initial contact was with Eric who came out to evaluate how I could improve cooling to my loft. Eric was professional and knowledgeable and made recommendations. After providing a quote on-site, I scheduled work to be done the next week. A few days after his initial visit, my water heater started making weird sounds and Red Apple managed to fit me in and quickly send Eric over for which I was very relieved. They didn't charge me for the call since it had stopped making noise by the time he arrived.

When the HVAC work was scheduled, Martin arrived on time with his crew and they all did a great job. Martin was able to identify the cause of a problem I was having with my air and quickly fixed it.

We had Red Apple come out and look at our AC, which was blowing hot air. Our technician, Martin, showed up on time and was extremely helpful and kind during the whole inspection and able to doagnose the problem quickly. He was able to come out and repair our AC as soon as possible and was a life saver. He was kind enough to check out our heating too. Very satisfied.
