    I was lucky enough to receive an extremely fast response in the dead heat of summer. Very please to have my ac fixed as fast as they did. The technician that came out was well experienced and had great knowledge on how to repair our ac unit.Only issue was while performing the work a verbal price of 250.00 to 300.00 dollars was said as a quote and I was ok with that. After the complete repair was done 560.00 was the end result. Issue was the ac fan motor went bad and it needed to be replaced. It Gave me that was I taken advantage of feeling but I paid as they did fix the ac unit. Maybe I did not fully understand the repair cost as a customer you hope for the lowest-price but get over it when the service is completed and you now have your equipment up and running.This experience will now have me stop a home repair and get a confirmed price before proceeding on any repair. I would recommend them again for any one that needs that emergency repair.

    From start to finish, Kennies is the real deal—professional, thorough and a joy to work with. From my first visit with Mike, who ascertained what needed to be done, to Ken and Lazaro, who oversaw the installment of a new AC unit, I never doubted I was getting the best service possible. (A shout out to Laura in the office, too, for being so helpful.) Replacements like the one we needed aren’t cheap, but Kennies is worth every penny. I’d give them six stars if I could.

    Kennie's is a great company to deal with....I had a problem with my A/C, and they came out promptly and dealt with the repair in a clean, professional manner. Chris, the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Kennie's for A/C and furnace service

    Horrible experience! Completely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. This company came out twice to fix my AC unit. Both times we were charged a very large amount. They came out "fixed the problem" and the AC unit worked only for the summer. Each year for the last three years, when summer begins the AC unit is not cooling. This is the third year I have called them to fix my AC unit. This year I expected for my AC unit to be fixed or looked at without a charge (if the problem was the same problem we've been having the last two years). When I contacted them they told me they only had records of being out to my home one year. They said I needed to find my receipts and only then would they even consider coming out and looking at my AC unit. If I could not find the receipts I would have to pay all fees. When I questioned why was the problem not fixed the first or even the second time they came out? The lady gave me a website to research my own AC problem. She treated me as if I were an ignorant person. I was very offended, why would I have to reasearch what's wrong with my AC? Isn't that their job? I tried to give her an example by telling her when you have car problems you expect that by calling a mechanic they will find the problem and fix it. Right? And you will not have to fix the same problem over and over again for the next three years. The lady on the phone got very loud and began yelling at me to stop talking and listen to her. She said, "are you going to listen or is this conversation over" I could not believe how unprofessional she was. I told her how disappointed I was with their service and how unprofessional she had been. She then told me I was the unprofessional and that she did not want customers like me! At which point I told her I would no longer be her customer and I would make sure other people new of her unprofessionalism. I really hope that this will help anyone seeking assistance with their AC unit.

    Had an issue with our ac not blowing hard and not very cold so we googled 'ac repair' and amongst others kennies came up. We read a few reviews but chose kennies and we are glad we did! Not only were they able to come out the same day but they also were able to take care of us the same day as well. Jerry the tech was very sweet and informative and let this first time home owner know about a few things I can do to help keep our ac running. I love how the diagnostic fee goes towards the service because it really helps ease the discomfort of sometimes costly repairs. Thanks again kennies and thank you jerry!

    All I have to say is....omg...love this place and the customer service. They go above and beyond what is customary. Our a/c went out (my mom has major health issues) and could not suffer in the heat. They were beyond prompt and beyond courteous. Got is fixed up so quickly too. Thank you so much Kennies. Your hard working team is beyond amazing!!!

    I called today to have someone come out to my house to look at my unit because it is making a terrible noise an its old. So i wanted 2 prices one to fix it. An one to replace the hole unit. So the lady told me they only come out between 7am an 3pm. I said ok i work from 6am till 4.30 pm can you do a 5pm or a Saturday appointment. An nope 3 is the latest. I told her well i guess i gotta call someone else. I was then hoping that maybe saying that they would reconsider work with me some how but oh no! she flipping said yap your gonna have to call someone else 😡. Well fine then i will take my hard earned money somewhere else.

    Just don't the older man is EXTREMELY rude. I has just a few questions NOT EVEN bout the price just basic questions and was met by rude shot answers. He made kt seem like i didn't appreciate the help and made me feel horrible. Ill go somewhere else.

    Excellent customer service. Called on a Sunday and they showed up within a hour. 30 min to it my problem that the tech explained in detail. Definitely recommend and will be our first call in the future. Reasonably priced too.
