First off Rene is great!! A world of knowledge and he took time to explain how everything works and what I could do to prevent any problems in the future.

With that being said, it’s sad that companies nowadays don’t want to properly diagnose and fix ac units and instead go for the tactics of troubleshooting by ordering every single component. I get that a $100 motor will be $600-$800 through a company (nature of the game) but I wouldn’t recommend Comfort Now. Their diagnosis fee is lower compared to others in the area which is a plus

Technician Israel Ledesma was great! He took the time to go over all my options even though it was after 5pm. He was in no rush. He helped me truly understand my situation and even gave me some base knowledge on the system I’ve owned for years. And the warranties they offer on brand new systems are outstanding! It’s really nice feeling like you got a good deal for once. These guys are awesome!

I called comfort air at 1:45 pm and Patrick was here by 3:30 pm. He found the problem and fix it within 45 minutes. Patrick went over the problem what it would take to repair it and the cost. He and this company is amazing. I will definitely be using them again.

VERY disappointed. I called on Saturday morning to schedule an appointment. I was told a tech would arrive Sunday morning between 8 and 10am. I call at 1020am to see what's going on. I was told by the answering service that they would see if the tech is available. I work nights and I wasted my morning waiting instead of sleeping 😡
