Comfort Now Air, Plumbing, & Heating

We have used this business for many projects the latest one plumbing which is still in progress.

My dad is 95 and in the valley it can get pretty hot without an air conditioner. Three days ago his 25 year old air conditioner stopped working. This morning I called Comfort Now expecting to get an answering machine, if they did answer for them to tell me that we would not be able to get an appointment till the end of the week or later. Right now there is a heat wave occurring with 106 to 109 temps. But to my surprise Comfort Now answered and was able to make it happen today. Service tech Rene Maldanado was at the house at 1pm. He was very professional, answered all of our questions, explained what the problem was and let us know the cost. Within a half a hour he had the air conditioner working! Afterward he gave us suggestions for maintenance and encouraged us to call if we needed. If you are thinking that you need to go with other companies that you have seen tv commercials about think again. I tried contacting them before I called Comfort Now and I’m still waiting for a call back three days later. Thanks again Rene and Comfort Now!

I hired this company through HomeDepot. The tech (Jose) was friendly and professional. He performed thorough work and was informative about my HVAC. He was on time and called beforehand to let me know he was on the way. I experienced zero issues today. I am satisfied with the service and will not hesitate to hire them again.

Put in a request for getting an appointment done how much was financing would be and lady that I talked to said that when she gets home she'll call me right back she never did and today's Monday and still not receive a phone call if this is how they're going to treat their customer I think my business somewhere else for a all new
system
