The rooter man demonstrated an incredible amount of ineptitude and laziness, all in one phone call! When asked if he could wait until I’d actually be home to repair my sink, he essentially told me he could come in 10 minutes or not again for four days, then asked for the keys to my home. Don’t expect ANY flexibility or basic professionalism from these guys.

WOW! The Rooter Man came to our house on a Sunday to clear the drains, showed up so fast about 30 minutes after we called. He was patient, thorough, and explained everything he was doing as he went along to make sure we were OK with each step. He is also very kind and funny and taught us lots about our drains! Oh - and his prices are INCREDIBLY reasonable. We will definitely call him again! Thank you so much Alberto!!!

Being a widow is difficult enough and navigating household issues can be challenging. This is my first review ever because my experience was beyond my expectation. Family arriving on Monday so of course I begin hearing my showers and toilets gurgling Friday afternoon but both were somewhat working. Next step we all do is to google to research what could be going on. As fate would have it; Friday night late both showers and toilets had a different plan for my weekend ahead. Around 6AM I began to google plumber’s in my area and consistently The Rooter Man’s reviews kept popping up. It’s now 7:15 and I call. Alberto and his crew were here in 30 minutes! Everything you’ve read in other reviews were spot on. Professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned both bathrooms as if it was his own home. Don’t over think who to call. Call The Rooter Man you won’t be disappointed. Have a great weekend.

Alberto is one of the most standup, honest, caring and helpful people that I have met. After an emergency sewer line backup I was only able to get Roto Rooter out due to the time of the incident, for which I was completely overcharged for something that I have now learned I did not need. I reached out to Alberto to get his opinion and he personally came to the property to introduce me to his referral for the pipe repair. He will be my go to guy for all future plumbing needs and I urge you to make sure to use The Rooter Man, he will treat you with respect and do you right.

The hours posted are a lie. I’ve tried contacting Alberto at different points due to my sink flooding my kitchen and the pipes leaking under my sink. His only response was that he could come on the following Monday (I contacted him on Friday) and that I should talk to my neighbor to stop them from using their sink as well.

Alberto was extremely professional and reasonably priced. He responded right away. He had to come while I was away and my 92 year old mother was home alone. He was very nice and reassuring to her. He even made a special trip back the next day to collect payment so I didn’t have to have my mother deal with it. Highly recommend.

I have lived in Santa Barbara, Carpinteria and Goleta for a combined 30 years. I have used many plumbers over this time. I found Alberto about 4 years ago and there is no one who is more responsive, considerate, and efficient that I have ever worked with as a plumber. He shows up when he says he will show up and he completes the job each and every time. I highly recommend Alberto and his crew!

Alberto, Julian and team are professional, efficient, courteous and very responsive. They are our go-to plumbing team for our garden business's plumbing needs. Their prices are fair, especially when responding with same day service. They are also big advocates for preventative maintenance, and will walk you through recommendations to keep your drains flowing freely for years to come.

We called Alberto and his team at 4pm and he came to our place 20 minutes later, leaving at 5. He efficiently changed my toilet's wax ring and unclogged the pipes, which was causing leakage on my roof. Plus, he cleaned everything and left my bathroom impecable. He was extremely kind, professional, fast and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we have any other problem !!! 100% recommended!!!!

We were worried there was an issue with our main drain. The Rooter Man came in ten minutes and fixed the issue in less than twenty minutes. Great service and responsiveness!
