I had Comfort Zone come out as I thought I needed to replace my AC unit but as it turned put all I needed was a repair. This was a huge relief and I really appreciate the honesty, and professional approach the Service man or owner took. I will definatly use this company in the future. Thanks

Couldn't have been more satisfied with the quick and expert service I received from Comfort Zone. Within 24 hours of my initial phone request , "Steve" responded and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and completed the repair within 15 minutes. The price for the part and service call was much less than I expected. Highly recommend this company. Punctual, knowledgeable and certainly efficient.

Jim and Ryan both fixed the issue of air flow AC & Heat within the house. One bedroom was not getting the same airflow as the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Jim has been serving AC ‘s for 30 years. Ryan has been serving AC’s I believe 10 years. Both work as a team, show up on time or early pending on jobs, very efficient, very professional/clean and surely know what they are doing. I was introduced to Comfort Zone by my brother-in-law and will only use Comfort Zone. Comfort Zone is a small business with tons of knowledge. The ladies (Ashley & Kellina) in the office are professional and efficient including sending appointment reminders. Ashley and Kellina are always on top of the “A” and so easy to work with. If people don’t use Comfort Zone then they are missing out on excellent service.

My family has been using Comfort Zone’s services for many years. When I moved back to the San Gabriel Valley in 2016 and needed a new HVAC system for my fixer-upper home, I contacted several companies for estimates. Comfort Zone was not the cheapest bid, but the folks I interacted with were the most professional and the bid represented good value. They worked quickly, left the work area clean and the system they installed worked flawlessly (and economically) for the next 3 years.

Then I moved to another home that had recently had a new HVAC system installed by another company. I didn’t think I would have to worry about problems with heating or cooling. I was wrong. The heat went out in February, and it was then that I realized that I had no information on who had done the installation work. So I called Comfort Zone. They came out, diagnosed the problem as resulting from a defective part. They were able to figure out the manufacture date of my furnace from the serial number, determined that it should still be under warranty and contacted the manufacturer to get the new part under warranty at no cost to me. I just had to pay for the labor, which I did gladly. That extra effort represented excellent customer service.

My most recent contact with Comfort Zone was this week when Ray came out to do the annual inspection of my A/C system to make sure it’s ready for summer. Quick, thorough, and professional as always. This company is a joy to work with.

We have been customers of Comfort Zone for approximately 10 years. The service has always been prompt and efficient. We have regular maintenance done on our system so rarely have problems but when there are, Comfort Zone responds right away to resolve any issues.

Steve and Kelly and team did a great job explaining my options and the whole process went in a timely process and smoothly. Steve did a great job updating our property and had good communication and Steve has good intergrity and I can't be happier with his work. Our place is way better off now. Comfort Zone (and Steve) have been coming to our house for a few years to help with our 2 AC systems. I've always appreciated their help, recommendations and work. Comfort Zone has taken care of all my air conditioning and heating needs for years. When I needed to replace my heating system a few years ago, they provided the best system for the best price. Every year I have them come out to inspect and clean my A/C and heating system. I like working with local companies that are quick to respond and provide quality service at a reasonable price. All of the people, including Maria, Steve and Darryl. are honest, courteous, and professional. I have recommended them to family and friends with positive feedback.
