Fast and amazing service from this company. I got a Nest thermostat installed in less than 24hrs of calling to set up an appointment. Garic, the man who installed the thermostat, showed up exactly when he said he would, installed the thermostat AND helped me set up my Nest account so I could control the thermostat from my phone. Will definitely be referring friends/family based on my experience.

Greg did a fantastic job with AC service and Nest install. Extremely professional. Well informed and AC works twice as well as before. I'd gvlive them 10 stars if I could. Definitely give them a buzz with you AC woes. You won't regret it.

When I bought my new home my ac completely broke down for months and it was extremely bothersome. I finally went online to find someone who could help out and thankfully I came across Just one call. I got in contact with them and I got extremely prompt service. I couldn’t believe how easy they made it for me. Everything from scheduling my appointment to them reciting it was a complete breeze. I finally had an air conditioner that worked properly. I would recommend Just one call to everyone.

We participated in LADWP’s Optimization program and chose The contractor Just One Call from Glendale, Ca. They were very professional, friendly, and came out the next day! I highly recommend them for all your air conditioning needs. They cleaned and washed down our whole air conditioning unit which is on the roof. They also gave us a new air intake for the air filter and installed a smart thermostat from NEST! All for free! They did a great job and I would highly recommend them again for any air conditioning needs! Thank you guys for the great service!

Armen and Ashot did an excellent job installing a Nest thermostat and adjusting Freon levels to peak efficiency. They are professional, courteous and attentive — I called one afternoon and they showed up the next day. Will be recommending to anyone who needs A/C service. 10/10 would use them again.

I would give them more than a 5-star review if I could. In fact, I have to say I'm surprised they don't have all 5-star reviews. They were responsive, professional, reasonably priced, efficient and effective. They simply did everything right to help us deal with an air conditioning unit that another company had tried and failed to repair. A special shout out to Nick and his dad who serviced our account and Arthur who managed complicated communications with our insurance company. I really felt like they were advocates for me through the whole process. Nick and his dad worked on our unit late into the night -- twice.

I called Just One Call because they are a participating contractor for LA DWP AC Optimization Program.
They sent Greg and Danny to complete a central air conditioner tune-up at no cost. The service included outdoor coil cleaning, replacement of air filter and more. They also installed a free smart thermostat.
Greg and Danny were professional and considerate, I recommend them to do your next service.

My AC stopped working. Just One Call was readily available and prompt, with Armen and Greg appearing early in their estimated window of arrival. They diagnosed a dead blower motor (as I suspected) and fixed it promptly, explaining as they went along. They also educated me on programs and discounts available to me as a Los Angeles resident. The final repair bill included a significant LADWP discount.
