We had them come out from American Home Shield for our AC unit. They did schedule fast however they gave me false information. They looked at it for 2 minutes then came in and said the whole wiring was wrong and they needed to rewire the entire system. Then they said it also needed 7 pounds of freon and the home warranty did not cover that so it would cost me $1000. I said I wanted a second opinion. I had another AC place come out and it was the thermostat. My AC is working great with the thermostat. Do NOT use they are out for money and nothing else.
A total waste if time!!! Compay was sent out by American home shield, it took over 1 month to get a part needed for heater repair. Worse part is office staff kept scheduling appointments to install part and part hadn't arrived so we had to reschedule everytime...the day of the appointment!!! Then after receiving the part ready to install, another problem comes up with heater...understandable...but keep in mind it's 50 degrees outside and the house has no heat for over a month. They waited till end of day.. 2 days later to submit work order to insurance. At that point we were informed that compay could not fix the heater and the work order would need to get transferred to another company. Totally wast of time!!!! Look elsewhere if you want the heating or ac to be fixed correctly
I had the worst experience you can have with a company. First of all they lied to my insurance company and told them nothing was wrong with my furnace. The technician clearly knew something was wrong because it was flashing a code from the indicator board. They're liars and scammers stay away from this company!!!!
I got connected to this company through Fidelity home warranty. My Air conditioner was out for 5 days and I took off work in order to meet the technician and I let them know when I waited 5 days that I have 2 kids under the age of 5 who are not doing well with the heat. My window to meet the technician was from 12-4 PM. I was in the middle of doing something at my house and made sure to come back to my phone at 12pm exactly to find out that the tech showed up at 11:50 PM and called me and left a voicemail, then waited 2 minutes and left. I called 3 times in 10 minutes to get him to come back and there was no answer. I called in and tried to make a complaint and the operator refused to connect me to management. Refused to give me his last name. First is supposedly David but that could be a lie. When I asked for the last name for my records as I wanted to file a complaint and he said find another company and hung up the phone. This is a very unprofessional company. Do NOT USE.
Crooks do not use this company. They try to take advantage of hard working people. They came out and dismantled my blower motor and told me that I need a new motor and there were missing parts on my unit. They then gave a false report to my home warranty company who told me that they would not cover the repairs due to the unit having missing parts.These Crooks then gave me an estimate of $1,200 to replace the blower motor. I called another company for a second opinion and thank God I did that. They came out and checked my blower motor the technician informed me that the motor had been removed and placed on the floor and that there were no missing parts and my motor did not need to be replaced he put everything back together and the ac was blowing great and only charged me $85. I will be calling the Better Business Beauro and filling a complaint on Just One Call. Just Crooks is what they should be called.
Just one call is great. As I listen to David recieve calls, he tells you honestly what work that needs to be done with very reasonable price. They work with the very best interest of the customer even before thier company. And this is why it makes them one of the best company you can hire.
Participated in LADWP’s AC optimization program. Scheduled appointment for very next day. Technicians came promptly. Friendly and communicative. Excellent service.
I called on Friday about my AC, they tell me they will send somebody on Tuesday. "Ok" I think, the heat wave won't hit until then I can manage. The repair tech came right before the end of the window. He is dressed very nice. He sees that my AC is in the basement, which is not hard to access but you may get a little dusty. He then tells me, he will not go into the basement. I asked him why, he replies, "I am not going into the basement" He takes a picture and walks out. When I called to see what would be done, they tell me they will get back to me tomorrow. It will be 102 tomorrow. My office where I work bakes in the afternoon. I had to shut down my work computer because it is over heating. It is currently over a 100 degrees. Nobody seemed to care that the coward repairmen wasted my time and if I went with a company that was worth anything, I am sure I would have had this fixed by now. Needless to say, I will never use this company again, I advise you to do the same.
Hands-down one of the best companies I’ve worked with. The technician was on time, he is very knowledgeable, and he explained everything he was doing. He really went out of his way to make sure that our AC was working and that we were completely satisfied with our experience. I have recommended them to everyone in my family and so far everyone has been satisfied.
Such an easy company to work with! They were able to schedule me last minute, their technician quickly figured out what was wrong with my AC and was able to fix it the same day. So I'm really glad to have solved my AC problem without any hassle and I would definitely recommend working with them!
