Tony, Heidi, Angel and the entire crew are amazing. A few years ago, they installed a dual zone nest at our home as well as a new furnace. 4 years later - one of the motors started to be noisy. Angel came over and assessed it and then came back the next day to replace the malfunctioning part, under warranty. Since they installed a Carrier furnace - it carries a 10 years parts and labor, which they honored.

Called about getting ducting and a dryer vent cut/installed in our house. Heidi was able to arrange an appointment quickly at a convenient time. Communication with her and Tony was great and the installer was on time. He worked around what I had worried would be a virtual maze of sinks, shelving and cabling and was able to get the ducting in as a very low-profile straight shot to the exterior wall. All in all, looks great, done quickly and on time, and has been working perfectly ever since.

Tony did our HVAC system back in 2013 and did a great job. Recently we had a few issues with the system not cooling enough, so Tony came by to check. He replaced a capacitor which seemed to have gone off. He did not charge us for it. However that did not fix the issue. He had to come back again and said he needed to charge the unit, which he did not do last time. That seemed to have fix the issue for now. Given this summer this extremely hot, he has been super busy but was able to accommodate our service with a few days of notice. Highly recommend him.

Tony replaced my AC unit in 2012 and it’s been a great AC. No problems. Had to call him to fix a broken fan today and he came out, diagnosed the situation and fixed my AC in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service and I highly recommend TFF!

TFF was HIGHLY recommended by TWO independent friends. Tony and crew did a fabulous job on our system. We got the works, even upgraded ducting, the efficiency of the heater and AC. Apples to apples (all Carrier near top of the line) was at least $5K cheaper. The only difference was no fancy trucks. Apples to oranges (different manufacturer, fancy trucks, plenty of badges on the saleman's arm) was more than 10K. Our old system 80% when new, ducting maybe 50% efficient = about 40% efficiency, cold in the winter, turned down thermostat. Now about 95% efficiency, no longer a chill in the house, working from home is comfortable (heating and air) and probably saving $200 a month in winter. I did my own attic insulation previously. But the house is comfortable year round. We barely have to use the system, compared to the old.
Tony, personally stood by his work, and the work of the crew. Passed city and efficiency inspection, no problem. When I blew a fuse, Tony took care of it. (took off the thermostat when repainting and shorted a couple of wires). The service I heard he gave my friends sold me on the type of person Tony is. Happy every time I hear the system go on. Did I say quiet? very pleased.

Tony is the best! Hard working, knowledgeable, professional, and good pricing. He’s a down to earth guy, making an honest living, doing what he’s good at. We will never use anyone else for our hvac system. He installed it almost 10 years ago, so he knows it best. Thank you TFF!

What can I say about TFF? In two words, they ROCK! To recap, in April 2016 we hired them to replace our aging central heating, air conditioning and duct work. Not only were they prompt and efficient as well as friendly and helpful. Even the city inspector was impressed by the quality of their work. The only minor glitch was trying to relight the pilot on the water heater. Tony came out the very next day and relit it. He even went above and beyond by helping us install a new toilet “guts “. He didn’t have to do that but was gracious enough to help out. Talk about customer service!

Fast forward to this past Wednesday. The AC was really struggling to keep up with the increasing heat. Even though it was after normal business hours, I fired off an email to Heidi asking for a service call. Knowing they would be really busy with the upcoming heat wave, I figured I would at least make the request hoping to get something in the following week. Heidi, being her usual prompt self, responded within the hour. She indicated that yes, they were super busy but would try to fit us in somehow. The next day, Thursday, she said Tony would squeeze us in on Friday between 8:30 am and noon. Tony actually got here just after 8:00 am. Good thing I was up early and dressed 🤪 Less than 10 minutes later he determined the unit just needed recharging. Israel came by about 2:15, checked the pressure, tested for leaks, recharged the unit, tested again, and we were good to go! Israel is a member of Tony’s crew and he rocks too!

I love these guys and would recommend them to anyone anytime!

If you really want someone to show up for the job, call TFF Hvac. I called Tony to check our air conditioning unit. He was swamped but made an appointment to look at it. He showed up promptly at appointment time and scheduled his guys to do necessary repair within a short time. Highly recommend!

The TFF team was very responsive and professional. Their quote was very reasonable and they completed the job ontime and it was quality work!

Later on, when we had some follow up questions, they responded immediately.
