Evolution Heating and Air Conditioning

Just called and spoke with Jeff at Evolution on Monday and he had started the install with my HVAC system on Wednesday. My wife really like the crew and felt comfortable with them, she never made a single complaint about anyone. Pricing was good, and comes with a great warranty.

I worked with Evolution in April 2023. The first thing I loved in this company is that their representative (Brian) could come out the same day. Prompt, scheduled for 6pm, he was at 6pm. Brian looked very knowledgeable, which is not always the case with AC guys reps. Everything we agreed on was done.
In general, I was very happy. There was nothing what we agreed and was not done.
The only recommendation I would give to Evolution is to inform the installers better about what they have to do at the particular object. We had some agreements with Brian, which were not passed to the installers and I had to explain again about some specific requests.

We love Evolution! Rose and Diego and their whole team is fantastic. Our whole HVAC system needed to be replaced last year and they did the entire project in one day. They coordinated our asbestos removal as well and were just so helpful. When it came time to have my baby, sweet Rose in the office was so kind and remembered our due date!

Fast forward 9 months, and we had a weird noise happening with our heater. I emailed Rose and within 2 days Eddie came out and fixed it no problem! Evolution is the whole package- helpful, prompt, priced well, and just all around good people. I wish I could recommend them more!

Great family owned company. Rose was very friendly and nice. They installed the hvac and vents for 2 days only. They dis a very good job. The guys are so nice, very professional and they cleaned every after they work inside the house. Im a happy customer!

I messaged Evolution Heating And Air Conditioning for a quote on their airducts installment services, and they quickly responded with a fair price and explanation, making it easy to contact them and schedule an appointment. The day of my appointment, they called me to let me know they had an earlier opening, which I was pleased about and able to accommodate. The technicians, Ulises and Tim, were on time, thorough, friendly and professional, also taking the time to explain, complete the job efficiently, clean up and carefully put everything back into place, and I'm happy to recommend.

We previously had a good experience with them installing a split system so I contacted them to move an existing old one. Even though it was a small project on a system they didn't install they took on the project. Upon reinstall they discovered there was a blown fuse, they ordered the part and got it fixed in a timely manner with no further issues.

Our air conditioner went out and my usual company could not come out for days. I got a referral from a friend who recommended me to Jeff Kiefer at Evolution. I sent Jeff some pictures and he quickly diagnosed our needs. He was able to send out a crew headed up by Diego the very next morning. 4 hours later we had a new air conditioner/heating system and we are enjoying a cool house that is operating more efficiently. Diego and his crew were prompt, polite, tidy and did an excellent job with our installation. I will definitely recommend Evolution to anyone in need of heating/air conditioning service!

Our 1987 heater finally gave up and our 1995 A/C unit was killing us on our summer electrical bill.
Brian from Evolution, came out on a Tuesday night, was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. His proposal/estimate was the best and Evolution was able to start and complete the project in a 24 hour time frame.
The install looks great, and other then the new equipment, you would have never known they had just completed the project.
My family is very satisfied with the entire experience.

We needed to have an old heating/AC system replaced. Evolution gave us a very completive price for the installation of name brand equipment. This included the removal and replacement of some original asbestos ductwork. They were efficient and professional in their installation, and they responded quickly to resolve the minor issues identified by the city inspector to allow permit sign-off. They were always easy to contact and provided answers to any questions before, during and after the installation.

Super efficient system install. Thanks to Jeff Kiefer everything went totally smooth. Martin did great installation and cleaned up every bit of mess. Great quality for the investment. Highly recommend.
