Evolution was great! They had a tech out to diagnose my problem same day. Evolution Heating & Air offered very competitive pricing, and quick turnaround time. They installed my unit without delay. Rose in customer service was great. She helped walk me through all the available financing options. It was a great experience. I will definitely use them for any HVAC needs that come up.

Every person I dealt with in the process of replacing our heat and air was professional and knowledgeable. The salesman gave me a ton of information and encouraged me to shop the proposal and gave me his best offer out of the gate unlike many who gave me high quotes and then wanted an opportunity to match Evolutions later. Rose helped me with scheduling, payment and follow up and is very responsive and knowledgeable. She also helped me file for rebates with the utility company. The guys who installed the unit were also very professional. I highly recommend this company.

These days it's hard to find a good contractor, but I was lucky to find Evolution. I got several quotes, did my research, and I had all manner of shady people come to my house. Evolution gave me a professional quote with a detailed scope of work (some contractors gave me ridiculously unprofessional quotes, one didn't even come to my house to give me a quote), and my new HVAC system (heating and air) was replaced before the summer heat wave. I got all the rebates promised and am so thankful to Evolution. They did a great job recommending all the right stuff and steering me away from needless stuff. The ductwork was professional and done correctly, and my attic looks great. I've done a lot of work on my house in the past 12 months and this is by far one of the best projects that was done. So happy with my system. It's so efficient. Thank you. Contractors can really do a number to your wallet and stress, but Evolution really helped me big time. Thanks Brian and Rose!!

We are so impressed and satisfied with the job Evolution Air did for us. Our A/C system went out and we needed a new system. After extensively researching several other companies, Evolution Air won our business due to their expertise, knowledge, innovation and design. They weren't necessarily the lowest, but they weren't the highest either. Jeff was amazing and worked to get our new A/C unit and furnace installed very quickly (which is amazing as it was at the height of their season and temps were well over 100). I can't say enough good things about Evolution Air, they are truly amazing.

I contacted Rose through their contact info listed for an estimate of replacing my AC system. She's a great person to work with, responsive, courteous, and professional. It was easy to schedule a time to have someone come out, look at my system, give me their opinion on what would be best for my home, and get a quote. After the quick inspection, we sat down at my kitchen table and their tech was more than happy to answer all my novice questions and didn't try to upsell or pressure me on anything. I was open with him about having a couple other companies to come out and give me their opinion as well, and he had no problem giving me time to go over what they tell me and make a decision.

After a few other HVAC companies came out, they all matched on what work they suggested would be done, but Evolution was prompt with their estimates (some didn't even bother to send me a quote) and they had a more than reasonable price.

Scheduling the appointment to have the AC system replaced was easy as well. The installers showed up on time and laid down plenty of drop cloth and plastic sheeting to minimize any mess and got to work. It was a long day for them, but the install was completed with no hiccups. I've been testing the new system plenty with these recent heat waves, and so far everything has been operating flawlessly.

It's the little things that set apart a good company from a great company. Evolution does the little things. A bulb was out in my attic, which they replaced without mentioning. During the install, they had to cut part of my attic access hatch to fit the new furnace. They installed a new access hatch at no cost to me.

I'm a very happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their HVAC needs.

By far the best deal! My 34 year old hvac was struggling so I gathered quotes for replacement. Far and away Evolution was the best value with higher quality equipment and more services provided with a very good price. Indeed some quotes were over double the price from Evolution (not kidding) and the ones that were close in price had inferior hardware compared to Evolution. It actually seemed too good to be true but everything was done on time and to spec. From first call to quote to install everything was top notch. And it gets better, about a week after install I began to hear an intermittent high pitch. Nothing heavy duty but wanted it checked out. I called on a Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a message. Shocked to have them answer and they suspected they knew what the issue was, assured me nothing to worry about and that they would be at my house on Monday. They arrived on Monday and made a quick adjustment. Service is the key and they equaled the quality of their install. I'm impressed with this company.

My experience with the Evolution team from beginning to end was great. Everyone was very friendly, caring and helpful. One example is I was putting on the glass covers to ceiling fan lights and one of the employees went out of his way to assist me, this was greatly appreciated. I read the reviews of previous customers regarding customer service & the rates which helped me make my decision on Evolution. It's true great customer service and reasonable prices. The job was done quickly and I was very pleased.

These guys are truly five star! Before finding Evolution, I had another company come out to diagnose my system as it wasn't cooling. This other company hung their gauges and confirmed it was low on refrigerant and at that point proceeded to tell me I needed a whole new unit without any further diagnostics. I found and called Evolution and they did find that I had a leak in my coil. Brian from Evolution gave me my options of replace the coil or replace the coil and condenser system. He gave me quotes for both and let me make the decision which way to go, he did not try to push one way or the other. I did end up buying a new system from Evolution which got installed this last Friday. I had done by due diligence and got quotes from other companies and Evolution was far the best price for a good, name brand unit. Everybody from Evolution is very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. I am very happy with Evolution.

These guys were great. Everyone, from Jeff who knew exactly what need to be done, made suggestions and spelled everything out for us, to Tony and Eric, who installed our new system, were totally professional.

They arrived on time, were friendly, efficient, did everything they said they would do, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. And our new heat pump is operating flawlessly.
