Specialized Air Conditioning

Our air conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer and Specialized Air promptly came out to diagnosis the issue the morning that I called, which was also a weekend. Mike was very polite, professional, and quickly identified and fixed the issue. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround and excellent service!!

We have used Specialized Air to service our HVAC units for over 20 years. Due to their awesome service our units were still working after 28 years, but we decided it was time to put new units in. Dave, Taz, Michael, and Skylar did an amazing job installing the 2 units. They worked very hard and got everything done in less than a day! We were very impressed and happy with everything! Came out quickly as scheduled. Professional and communicated clearly what was wrong and what needed to be done. Gave great recommendations on what to do next and how to maintain air conditioning and heating system. I was made aware of their preferred customer service schedule to get priority care in case anything comes up in the future that needs immediate attention. This is helpful since their busy season tends to be when weather gets very hot for prolonged periods of time. They are much appreciated!

The response time was fantastic! During this heat wave (August 2020) our ac stopped working. It was forecasted to be 107 degrees. I called several contractors. Specialized was the first to respond! And as promised a tech was at our home within the hour. Our ac issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. I am beyond appreciative! Also, I received an email with the details of the appointment both before and after service. This email included the tech’s name and photo, which realty made me feel comfortable. I've had trouble with my A/C for a couple of years and after being unable to contact other A/C companies, I happened onto Specialized Air and gave them a call. Their representative, Taz, was at my house within 20 minutes and went right to work. He was friendly and professional, pinpointed the problem immediately, and gave me options to repair and upgrade my system to alleviate future trouble. There are no doubt other A/C services out there that are just as prompt, just as good, and perhaps even cheaper (although their rates are quite reasonable, in my estimation), but I HIGHLY recommend Specialized Air! They have a customer for life!!

It was 106 and the AC failed. Specialized Air came out the same day, within a couple of hours, and had the unit repaired quickly. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. I recommend them highly.
