We had ICM replace our HVAC system and chose them based on a referral from a friend. They did a great job, we were really pleased. Since the install we’ve had two questions arise that required someone to come to the house. Both times I called early in the morning, someone answered the phone and took a message. Dwayne called me back within an hour and Josh was at my house by the end of the day. Both questions were answered and Josh explained exactly what happened and why. Josh is so nice and understanding I can’t say enough good about him. If you’re looking for a local HVAC company that treats you like a customer, even after the install, and not a revenue source call ICM.

Very professional with top quality service and repair. I can always rely on this company to keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. When my A/C system went out a few summers ago I gave them a call and my A/C was repaired that same day and has been working great ever since. Josh came and repaired our HVAC in 100 degree weather on a Sunday afternoon. Our 21 year old system is on its last legs and needs to be replaced, but Josh is pretty confident that the current repairs will help defer that until next season, giving us time to save up for the replacement costs.
