Original review: After getting a couple estimates for the job (furnace replacement and Air Conditioning addition/installation), I went with Jim at Absolute Air. He was very personable and professional. Answered all questions, explained his process and what he would be doing in detail. No hidden expenses and he went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed without any issues. The inspectors were very impressed with the job as well, making the permit process that much smoother. Jim's business is family owned and his wife was just as professional and helpful! Jim was excellent to work with from beginning to end and afterwards. He installed a ductless mini split system for us and it was perfect. He brought plenty of industry knowledge and insight to help us choose the best system suitable for our home. Would gladly do business again and recommend him to everyone.

Jim and his wife Kathy were so helpful. Jim installed a new AC unit for us and we are so pleased with the unit he picked out for us. Jim had a big challenge with the installation in my attic. It had to be carefully planned out and installed in the proper sequence. Jim with Absolute Air did a great job for us servicing our air conditioning unit and replacing some damaged insulation on duct work. He consistently practiced COVID-19 mitigation recommendations (mask and gloves). He also discovered a degraded electrical contactor which he replaced for us. Jim worked us into his schedule quickly, arrived on time, and explained everything very well. I certainly recommend Absolute Air for anyone needing HVAC work.

Jim saved the day! Our capacitor blew the day we had a kids party and Jim made it out same day, even though he was sick with a cold, to replace it and save the party. What an awesome dude!

Found Absolute Air online because they were close to the house. I left them a message on their website. Kathy called me the next morning and Jim came to the house a few hours later. He did a quick diagnosis and had our AC system up and running better than ever in a short time. We are pleased with the service and we feel lucky to have found them.
