How refreshing to get a call back within 15 minutes of leaving a message with Absolute Air. Jim is an experienced and professional air conditioning expert. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and so personable. We wanted our two AC units checked out before the summer season. He found very few issues and replaced one contact relay and a filter. He found a few minor issues with loose screws and rust and fixed those as well. He was up front with his prices and doesn’t try to sell more services than needed. We will definitely have him back to check our heating system in November.

Jim installed a new ac unit for our loft last year.He did a great job and worked quickly to get it installed since we were about to hit a heat wave. It has worked amazing and got us through the crazy weather we have been having. We will definitely use him again.

Jim did a great job discovering and fixing the problem we were having with our heater. A piece of insulation inside the heater had come loose and was causing the system to shut down. Not sure, but it could have caused a fire. Grateful for his friendly yet professional help.

I left a message on Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating's phone number and received an immediate return call. They were able to fit me in their schedule latter that day! I was very grateful because it was in the upper 90's to low 100 degree range that entire week. Jim was upfront with the problem and gave me a fair quote for the repair! Things didn't go as planned on his end and he was there a lot longer than anticipated, but he stuck to the quoted price. It's hard to find a quality stand up guy now days, but Jim, is one of them! I would totally recommend Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating to everyone! I couldn't be happier with their customer service, pricing, or quality of work!

I called them on Friday morning. The earliest they could get to me was Monday afternoon, but the nice lady said they see if they could get here sooner because of the high temps we’ve been getting. I thought “sure you will”. But, they called later and said the would be here at 4pm, the same day I called.

The problem was a blown capacitor that was an unusual size. Turns out Jim had one in his truck and I was back up and running in no time. Jim also changed the intake filter and adjusted the registers in several rooms to improve flow and reduce stress on the fan motor.

I’m very pleased and recommend Absolute Air without reservation.

Our AC stopped working on a warm day. I called several companies in North County and the only company willing to help on short notice was Absoulte Air. Jim was our service technician and he was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable in his craft. He quickly noticed that another technician a year prior had done some minor work and he also was able to find the issue on my unit. I have to say that within the hour our AC unit was operational and the price to repair my unit was reasonable. Absolute Air will now be my go to company for my conditioning and heating needs and I highly recommend Absoulte Air!
