Jason / ACS is FANTASTIC! Our AC unit started to fail so we shopped around and were very impressed with Jason’s professionalism and knowledge. We instantly felt comfortable with him and ended up replacing both our AC and furnace, including moving our furnace so we can create a coat closet, for a great price. The guys were very respectful, always used drop cloths and kept us informed of progress, including when it was about to be loud since I work from home on the phone often. The new AC works great and was even finished ahead of schedule. I can’t say enough great things about ACS!

Jason and Carlos installed my Mitsubishi ductless system. From the estimate, which we did virtually, to the installation, they were great. They discussed options, were understanding when I postponed the work due to rising COVID curves, came out and checked the house before the actual installation, and then installed the system. They also explained the operation of the system to me, and left me knowing what I needed to know about keeping the house comfortable. The team was courteous, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. My thermostat, under warranty, went thru an unfortunate firmware upgrade from Bryant. While this was no fault of my own, I still had to pay for ACS to come out and diagnose the issue on site. As well, there was a secondary charge to come out and install the thermostat after it was received from Bryant.

However, once the owner of ACS realized this, he called me and said he wouldn't accept my payment for the installation of the thermostat and tore up my check. Thanks for that!

We ran into some issues with our ancient AC and heating units and called out a couple of companies to give us quotes. Jason from ACS stood out from the group. He was very informative and transparent. Jason and his apprentice Carlos are great. They installed an 18,000 BTU mini split heating/AC system in less than 6 hours in our1926 City Heights bungalow! The unit runs so quiet we don’t even know it’s on! They cut no corners and used the best materials. Their level of knowledge and workmanship are at highest levels! They are a Blessing!
