Replacing our 10-year old AC unit and our 30-year old furnace because it was having issues with the burners and was leaking carbon monoxide not to mention the constant condensation nearly flooding our garage during heating cycles due to being a 90+ system so we happened to find Jason’s company on Craigslist and set up to try and get an estimate on purchasing and installing a new system. He was super responsive and scheduled an appointment with us as soon as our schedules allowed. Matched a competing quote from another business and was super flexible with scheduling. We’re a military family so scheduling for us is almost always an issue but he was able to do a Saturday install and gave us a very nice military discount! Jason was on hand the day of install which we were able to schedule almost immediately after finalizing the contract and the installers were super professional and informative during the install! I’ll definitely be recommending him to any friends for all their HVAC installation needs. Great people, great company!

I had issues with my AC fan. Caleb was super thorough troubleshooting the problem and was great to work with. He provided his recommendations and explained everything step by step. I really appreciate that kind of service.

After a terrible experience with another company in the area who purposely tried to mislead and quoted WAY too high, this was a breath of fresh air. ACS was one of four bids I got to fix the situation with my house air conditioning. We went with Jason’s bid for several reasons. price, knowledge, professionalism, and yes, punctuality. When the job started none of those qualities changed. They were always there on time. I got a text prior to arrival. Jason explained what the plan was for each days work and stuck to it.
Our house presented some unique issues, being 3 stories with vaulted ceilings and no attic spaces. Our job was big. We tore out our conventional system and replaced it with two mini split systems with a total of 7 head units by Mitsubishi. Jason was very accommodating to our aesthetic concerns while making sure the units were placed for maximum effectiveness. The whole crew was very professional respectful, and took extra care when working inside the house. There were no negative issues with the entire project and I would recommend ACS to anyone!

ACS was a pleasure to work with. Brandon was very knowledgeable and patient. After 24 years our AC finally gave out. ACS installed a new York AC, York Furnace and Honeywell Thermostat in our 100 year old house. They are all working well. The entire installation was completed in less than 1 day. Jacob, Randy and Tyler were very professional and took care of everything. Our York AC unit is much quieter and more energy efficient than our decades old AC was. I would definitely recommend ACS to other San Diego homeowners.
