Kline's came highly recommended when we bought our condo in 2015, mainly because they are one of a few companies who can service our tankless water heater (Baxi). Every service call, including a full replacement of a unit, has been exemplary service. Edward, James, and Jenna have taken care of us so well. I recently realized that I've recommended them a couple dozen times to neighbors, but had never written a review! So, here you go! Thanks to all at Kline's!

Our AC broke in the middle of the worst heatwave in California History while we had a new puppy, 3 kids under age 10- one of whom has health issues with heat. It was terrifying- i called all sorts of HVAC vendors and got pushed weeks back- and was offered immediate service if i committed to a brand new unit. Kleins was the first company to call us back, answer questions and didn’t ask us to commit to extra add ons before they would come. We were given a text number to communicate and confirm appointments, they were patient, efficient and didn’t try and convince us that more things were broken. 85 was hands down the best experience we’ve had with a home service- would and did immediately recommend them to 5 people.

As an architect, I have been working with Ed for many years. My designs demand the highest level of experience and craftsmanship. Ed always goes above and beyond to make sure things are perfect.
